Aber das gilt für viele Filialen, ich kenne der Hervis besser und den Verkauf weit komoetenter als derzeit Hervis typical, lure with offers that are not then, a lot of goods, all mixed up. Currently no recommendation. But this applies to many branches, I know the Hervis better and the sales far more comoetenter than currently

Ich bin sehr zufrieden. Sellers are very friendly, have been there many times and you are always greeted politely and asked if help is needed. Always great offers. I'm very satisfied.

Aber nachdem ich mit einer handvoll anderen, anscheinend ebenfalls ignorierten Kunden 15 Minuten im Geschäft verbracht hatte, ohne dass einer der 3 (oder warens 4?) Angestellten sich dazu bemüht hätte mich zu fragen ob man mir behilflich sein könnte, und stattdessen lieber Unterwäsche einräumt und den Boden wischt, hab ich mich dann doch für einen anderen Händler in der Nähe entschieden. I actually wanted to buy some skis today. But after spending 15 minutes in business with a handful of other apparently ignored customers, none of the 3 (or 4 employees) was trying to ask me if they could help me, preferring underwear instead and wiping the floor, I decided then but for another dealer nearby.

Entweder ist das Personal nicht bzw. schlecht geschult oder hat einfach kein Interesse an Beratung und Verkauf. Einen Stern muss man geben, zweiten Stern gibt es für die junge Dame an der Kasse die uns freundlich begrüßt hat. Employees apparently have no idea what they are selling. Either the staff is not or badly trained or simply has no interest in advice and sales. You have to give a star, there is a second star for the young lady at the cash register who welcomed us in a friendly way.

Gute Lage und reichlichst Parkplätze direkt vor dem Geschäft. Friendly welcome when entering the shop, good advice from all MA and very helpful. Price performance ??? Good location and plenty of parking spaces in front of the shop.

MA und besonders Lehrlinge muss man wirklich extrem loben, sind extrem freundlich, immer ein Lächeln im Gesicht und stehen immer für passende/kompetente Beratung bereit!? Very nice and extensive branch in Völkermarkt. MA and especially apprentices really have to be praised extremely, they are extremely friendly, always have a smile on their face and are always available for suitable/competent advice!?
