Nach der vierten Rückfrage (bei jedem Mal einem anderem Mitarbeiter) wurde unfreundlich und arrogant das Gespräch beendet, weil ich nicht zum fünften Mal erklären wollte, was überhaupt zu reparieren sei. Chaos und keinerlei interne Kommunikation.
One week in vain waiting for a callback to make an appointment for a repair. After the fourth question (each time to another employee) the conversation ended rude and arrogant, because I did not want to explain for the fifth time what was to repair at all. Chaos and no internal communication.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr guter Fensterbauer. Alte Fenster wurden sorgfältig entfernt und die neuen ordentlich eingebaut. Die Monteure sind vom Fach und arbeiten äußerst gründlich. Kann ich nur empfehlen! Vorallem nach unserem letzt jährigem Desaster mit denn internorm Fensterbauer aus Freilassing.
Bei Herhof arbeiten Fachleute die Ihr Handwerk verstehen.
Very good window maker. Old windows were carefully removed and the new ones were properly installed. The fitters are experts and work extremely thoroughly. I can only recommend! Especially after our last year disaster with internorm window manufacturers from Freilassing.
