Y	Yvonne Elders on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wij hebben met 2 volwassen dames 2 uur les geboekt. Wij zouden een Nederlands talige skileraar krijgen. Toen wij op de afgesproken plek waren was ze nergens te bekennen. Toen ze kwam stelde zij zich niet voor. Ze was Deens en sprak geen woord Nederlands en kon zich niet voldoende verstaanbaar maken. We gingen met de lift naar boven en legde amper iets uit. Mijn vriendin was heel erg angstig maar ze had daar geen oog voor. Ze durfde halverwege niet meer naar beneden maar ze werd niet geholpen of begeleid door haar. Ik heb haar een aantal keren moeten roepen dat mijn vriendin hulp nodig had maar ze gaf daar weinig reactie op. Mijn vriendin is halverwege de helling door haar man naar beneden geholpen. Wij vonden het echt een slechte les voor veel geld. We have booked 2 hours of lessons with 2 adult ladies. We would get a Dutch-speaking ski instructor. When we arrived at the agreed place, she was nowhere to be seen. When she came she did not introduce herself. She was Danish and did not speak a word of Dutch and could not make herself understood. We took the elevator up and barely explained anything. My girlfriend was very anxious but she didn't notice. She didn't dare go down halfway through but she was not helped or guided by her. I had to call her a number of times that my friend needed help, but she didn't respond much. My friend was helped half way down the slope by her husband. We thought it was a really bad lesson for a lot of money.
T	Tobias Schaper on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir hatten privaten Unterricht gebucht. Die Mitarbeiter am Telefon und auch vor Ort waren sehr nett und bemüht. Leider war dies bei unserem Lehrer nicht der Fall. Der Herr kommt aus Dänemark und schien recht unmotiviert. Die Sprachbarriere war auch sehr groß, was das Ganze nicht besser machte. Wir hatten uns wesentlich mehr erhofft. Es wurde alles nur sehr oberflächlich erklärt und die Übungen einfach durchgezogen, obwohl man noch nicht mal die vorherige richtig durchführen konnte. Wir sind wirklich sehr enttäuscht. Außerdem hatten wir die Ausrüstung für 4 Tage gemietet, aber aufgrund der Vorkommnisse diese schon nach zwei Tagen zurück gegeben. Es gab da leider auch kein Entgegenkommen, nur eine patzige Antwort von der Dame vor Ort. Das ist auch wirklich schade. Wir haben immer hin knapp 700€ dort gelassen und eigentlich nichts dafür bekommen, außer schmerzende Füße und schlechte Stimmung in unserem Urlaub. We booked private lessons. The employees on the phone and on site were very nice and tried hard. Unfortunately, this was not the case with our teacher. The gentleman comes from Denmark and seemed quite unmotivated. The language barrier was also very big, which didn't make things any better. We had hoped for much more. Everything was only explained very superficially and the exercises were simply carried out, although you couldn't even do the previous one properly. We are really very disappointed. We had also rented the equipment for 4 days, but due to what had happened, we returned it after two days. Unfortunately, there was no accommodation either, only a snotty answer from the lady on site. That's really too bad. We always left almost €700 there and actually got nothing for it, except for aching feet and a bad mood during our vacation.
A	Anna Graf on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Der Skikindergarten war leider nicht zu empfehlen. Treffpunkt war mit 09:45 angegeben, Startzeit mit 10. Angefangen hat es um 10:20. Ein 3 jähriger findet 35 min warten eher minder spannend. War leider an 2 von 3 Tagen so. Am 3. Tag war mein Sohn das einzige Kind. Da ist es früher los gegangen. Es war leider auch kein Programm oder Konzept zu erkennen. ZB: Zuerst aufwärmen, dann Skifahren, dann etwas spielen, Pausen usw. Wir sind am zweiten Tag dabei geblieben, da mein Sohn es langweilig fand und Motivation brauchte, da er eigentlich etwas mehr Skifahren wollte als 2 m. Gesprochen hat die Skilehrerin auch nicht mit ihm. Am 3. Tag als er alleine war, durfte er den etwas längeren Übungshang fahren, das hat ihm gut gefallen. Nichtsdestotrotz hätte es die Schilehrerin nicht gebraucht, da wir ihm erklärten, was er tun soll. Ganz anders die Gruppe (K3) meines älteren Sohnes. Er war mit beiden Skilehrern, die er hatte sehr zufrieden und hatte viel Spaß beim Fahren. Auch die MitarbeiterInnen im Tal waren sehr nett. Edit: was auch super wäre: wenn man sich mit der anderen Skischule abspricht bezüglich Mittagspause. Da es coronabedingt keine Bezreuung gibt, stapeln sich alle um 12 bei dem Gasthaus beim Kinderland. Man muss um 10 einen Tisch für 12 Uhr besetzen. Unfortunately, the ski kindergarten was not recommended. The meeting point was given as 09:45, the start time was 10. It started at 10:20. A 3 year old finds waiting 35 minutes less exciting. Unfortunately it was like that on 2 out of 3 days. On the third day, my son was the only child. It started earlier. Unfortunately there was no program or concept to be recognized. For example: First warm up, then ski, then play a bit, take breaks, etc. We stayed with it on the second day because my son found it boring and needed motivation because he actually wanted to ski a little more than 2 m. The ski instructor didn't speak either with him. On the 3rd day when he was alone, he was allowed to drive the somewhat longer practice slope, which he liked a lot. Nevertheless, the ski instructor would not have needed it because we explained to him what to do. The group (K3) of my older son is completely different. He was very satisfied with both ski instructors, who he had and had a lot of fun driving. The employees in the valley were also very nice. Edit: which would also be great: if you agree with the other ski school about the lunch break. Since there is no care due to the corona, everyone piles up around 12 at the inn at the Kinderland. You have to occupy a table for 12 o'clock at 10 am.
T	Tanja Schulte on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super, toll organisiert, viel gelernt (Kind 1 - K3) und viel Spass gehabt (Kind 1 und auch Kind 2 - K6) - alle freuen sich schon auf den nächsten Winter Auch die Betreuung über Mittag konnte trotz dieser Zeiten sehr gut übernommen werden! Schön, dass die Rennen wieder im Tal stattfinden nach Abschluss des Kurses, auch für die zusätzliche Zeit an Euch ein Danke! Super, well organized, learned a lot (child 1 - K3) and had a lot of fun (child 1 and also child 2 - K6) - everyone is looking forward to next winter The care over lunchtime could also be taken over very well despite these times! It's nice that the races are back in the valley after the course is over, thanks also to you for the extra time!

This was our first time at Lofer so the initial setup took a bit of coordination. Niko in the office was great in organizing the process. Frank was a good teacher, very patient and extremely conscious of safety. We hope to do this again next season!
