★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abzocke! Bloß nicht beauftragen. Sowas von Inkompetenz habe ich noch nie erlebt. Keine eigenen Ideen oder Lösungsvorschläge, ich musste ihnen alles vorkauen, damit auf nichts vergessen wird, obwohl ich nicht die Fachfrau bin, sogar die Korrespondenz mit der Gemeinde musste ich selber machen, weil Herbitschek nichts zu Stande gebracht hat. Ewige Wartezeiten und Hinhalten ohne Begründungen, man wird im Dunkeln gelassen und wenn die Fristen ablaufen und man den Auftrag stornieren möchte, weil keine Leistungen vollbracht wurden und man das Warten und Hinhalten satt hat, will Herbitschek trotzdem Länge mal Breite (total überteuert) abkassieren. Leider nicht das erste Mal, wie ich gehört habe, dass Kunden die Fehler von Herbitschek zahlen müssen. Besser man beauftragt kleinere zuverlässige und vertrauenswürdige Firmen, die für ihr Geld auch tatsächlich was arbeiten müssen.
Rip off! Just don't commission. I have never experienced anything like incompetence. No ideas of my own or suggestions for solutions, I had to chew everything in advance so that nothing was forgotten, even though I'm not a specialist, I even had to do the correspondence with the community myself because Herbitschek was unable to achieve anything. Eternal waiting times and delays without reasons, you are left in the dark and when the deadlines expire and you want to cancel the order because no services have been performed and you are fed up with waiting and waiting, Herbitschek still wants to pay length by width (totally overpriced). Unfortunately not the first time I've heard that customers have to pay Herbitschek's mistakes. It is better to hire smaller, reliable and trustworthy companies that actually have to work for their money.
