Mein Wunsch war ein toller Jet F-16 mit kompletter Ausstattung an Sender,Ladegerät,Elektronik,etc.! Durch die professionelle Beratung bin ich mit einem Motorsegler unter dem Arm aus dem Laden gegangen und bin damit sehr,sehr glücklich. Man hätte mit mir das fünffache an Komponenten verdienen können,aber damit hätte ich wohl keine drei Minuten Spaß gehabt. Schön,daß es noch solche Geschäfte gibt und nicht nur noch alles online. Vielen Dank für die ehrliche,freundliche,geduldige und nachhaltige Beratung. Wenn ich bei dem Hobby bleibe,dann komme ich die 700km wieder zu euch!!! Viel Erfolg bei eurer Messe und liebe Grüße! As a beginner in flight model building, I went to the store to get advice and to learn more than is possible online or over the phone. My wish was a great Jet F-16 with a complete set of transmitter, charger, electronics, etc.! Thanks to the professional advice I received, I walked out of the shop with a motor glider under my arm and I am very, very happy with it. You could have earned five times as much components with me, but I probably wouldn't have had three minutes of fun with that. It's nice that there are still such shops and not just everything online. Thank you for the honest, friendly, patient and sustainable advice. If I stay with the hobby, I'll come back to you for the 700km! Good luck at your fair and best regards!

Der Versand nach Deutschland hat hervorragend funktioniert und das Modell ist auch unbeschädigt hier eingetroffen. Super und schnell !!! Das serienmäßige Einziehfahrwerk passte nicht in die Aussparungen in der Tragfläche (Räder schlugen schon vorher an der Unterseite an) und ich bemühte den Service. Was soll ich sagen, umgehend ein neues Fahrwerk bekommen mit der Bitte , ich solle mir die Passenden Teile aussuchen und das defekte Fahrwerk zurückschicken. Der Rücksendeaufkleber wurde umgehend verschickt und nun passt auch das Austauschfahrwerk. (Der Anschlag der Nachlaüfer war zu tief gefräst). Vielen Dank noch mal an H. Scholz. Meine letzte Bestellung war dann auch ohne Beanstandung und ich kann die Fa. Hepf nur empfehlen. Alles wurde schnellstens zu meiner Zufriedenheit erledigt. Mit freundlichen Grüßen Jürgen M. Bought a PC-21 XL here a few weeks ago. Shipping to Germany worked perfectly and the model arrived here undamaged. Great and fast !!! The standard retractable landing gear did not fit into the recesses in the wing (wheels hit the underside beforehand) and I tried the service. What can I say, I immediately got a new undercarriage with the request that I should choose the right parts and send the defective undercarriage back. The return label was sent immediately and now the replacement chassis also fits. (The stop of the trailer was milled too deep). Many thanks again to H. Scholz. My last order was also without any complaints and I can only recommend the Hepf company. Everything was done quickly to my satisfaction. Kind regards Jurgen M.
