H	Henry Hanschek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das ist eine Imbissbude. Zur Auswahl stehen Grillwürstel, Schnitzel, Grillhendl und vieles mehr. Ein halbes Grillhuhn mit wahlweise Pommes oder Kartoffelsalat kostet € 6,90. Man kann auch alles mitnehmen. Das Grillhuhn war gut. Die Pommes waren leider weich und gatschig. Das kommt wahrscheinlich von der Verpackung da die Pommes darin weiter dampfen. Die Bedienung dort war leider sehr unfreundlich. Wollte ein etwas dunkleres auswählen. Dieser Wunsch wurde mir sehr unfreundlich verwehrt da es angeblich nicht ging. In Wahrheit hätte die Dame nur 2 runter nehmen müssen und dann wieder rauf geben. War wohl Zuviel Arbeit! Kundenservice somit null - und zum Gipfel muss man sich noch von einer grantigen Dame in gebrochenem Deutsch anschnauzen lassen. Schade. Da die Qualität der Grillhendl gut ist gibt es 3 Punkte. Service und Freundlichkeit wäre nicht einmal einen Punkt wert! This is a takeaway. You can choose from grilled sausages, schnitzel, grilled chicken and much more. Half a chicken with either chips or potato salad costs € 6.90. You can take everything with you. The grill chicken was good. The fries were unfortunately soft and slushy. This probably comes from the packaging because the fries continue to steam inside. The service there was unfortunately very unfriendly. Wanted to choose a darker one. This request was very unkindly denied me because it supposedly didn't work. In truth, the lady should only have taken 2 down and then given up again. Was probably too much work! Customer service is zero - and at the summit you have to be snapped at by a grumpy lady in broken German. Too bad. Since the quality of the grilled chicken is good, there are 3 points. Service and friendliness wouldn't even be worth a point!
T	Thomas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unglaublich unfreundliche Bedienung, dazu noch ziemlich hochpreisig … nein danke, aber da geh jetzt ich lieber kurz über die Straße und hol mir bei einem der dortigen Supermärkte was zum Essen Incredibly unfriendly service, also quite expensive ... no thanks, but now I better go across the street and get something to eat at one of the local supermarkets

Beschilderung geöffnet bis 18:30), ignorierte mich die sichtlich genervte Dame eine zeit lang bis ich einmal dazu kam sie zu fragen ob sie noch offen hätte. Daraufhin schrie sie mir ein Nein entgegen! Nicht zu empfehlen! Essen kann ich leider nicht bewerten, hab keins bekommen Very rude staff! At 6:10 p.m. (according to the signs open until 6:30 p.m.), the visibly annoyed lady ignored me for a while until I got around to asking her if she was still open. Then she shouted no at me! Not recommendable! Unfortunately I can't rate food, I didn't get one
S	Stephan Kreuzer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super Huhn, aber ziemlich unfreundliches Personal. Masken zum Schutz von Personal oder Kunden werden leider auch nicht getragen. Deshalb überlege ich im Moment jedes Mal, ob ich mein Huhn dann nicht lieber doch vom Merkur oder neueröffneten Eurospar hole. Great chicken but pretty rude staff. Unfortunately, masks to protect staff or customers are also not worn. That's why I think every time at the moment whether I would rather get my chicken from Merkur or the newly opened Eurospar.
M	Manuel S. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfreundliches Personal - die Dame wirkt genervt - auf die Frage welche Speisen noch verfügbar sind gab diese zur Antwort dass man die Karte lesen soll. Als ich mir dann die gewünschte Speise aussuchte, war diese nicht mehr vorrätig. Für 6€ zwei Mini Schnitzel sind auch total überteuert. Ich kann daher diesen Imbiss nicht empfehlen! Unfriendly staff - the lady seems annoyed - when asked which dishes are still available, they answered that you should read the menu. When I chose the dish I wanted, it was no longer in stock. For 6 € two mini schnitzel are also totally overpriced. I therefore cannot recommend this snack!
S	Steffen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Lage ist super, direkt auf dem Gelände vom Hornbach und somit viele Parkplätze. Leider war ich enttäuscht. Die Preise sind selbst für einen Imbiss sehr hoch. Das gilt nicht nur fürs Essen, sondern auch für die Getränke. Coronazeit ist Stresszeit, aber als Mitarbeiterin sollte man freundlich mit Kunden umgehen. Ich wurde in einem Ton gefragt, was ich möchte , dass ich kurz überlegt habe, wieder zu gehen. Nicht nur das Hendl ist König, auch als Kunde möchte ich mich gut behandelt fühlen. Ich werde dort nicht mehr essen. Fast 5€ für ein Hotdog und dann so schlecht gelaunt, nein danke. The location is great, right on the Hornbach site and therefore lots of parking spaces. Unfortunately, I was disappointed. The prices are very high even for a snack. This applies not only to the food, but also to the drinks. Corona time is stressful, but as an employee you should be friendly with customers. I was asked in a tone what I want me to think about going again. Not only is the Hendl king, I also want to feel well treated as a customer. I will not eat there anymore. Almost 5 € for a hot dog and then in a bad mood, no thanks.
M	M. E. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waren letztens um 17:55 dort, obwohl sie länger offen haben hätten sollen, waren sie bereits dabei, alles abzuräumen. Stattdessen bekam ich nur unfreundliche und unhöfliche Blicke. Anscheinend haben sie (fast) nur negative Bewertungen. Meiner Meinung nach müssen sie nicht mehr dort stehen und Hendl verkaufen…da gehe ich lieber woanders hin. Went there the other day at 5:55pm, although they should have been open later, they were already clearing everything away. Instead, all I got was unfriendly and rude looks. Apparently they have (almost) only negative reviews. In my opinion, they no longer have to stand there and sell chicken... I'd rather go somewhere else.
