j	jj ́s woodwork on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich bin in der Firma der EDV Beauftragte und unter anderem zuständig für Lösung dieser Art. Erst dachte ich, diese einfache Zeiterfassung wäre für uns geeignet. Jetzt nach Nutzung leider nicht mehr. Klar schaut man sich an wie ein Portal funktioniert und stellt dann manchmal später fest, dass es für die Firma nicht geeignet ist. Doch darum geht es hier gar nicht mehr. Der Support ist sehr schlecht bzw. gar nicht vorhanden. Man schreibt im Chat der angeboten wird und es ist niemand erreichbar oder man bekommt erst Tage später eine Antwort. Diese Antwort ist dann nicht passend zur Frage. Nun geht seit Freitag Mittag 13.09.2019 das einloggen gar nicht mehr und es kümmert niemanden. Pro kostenfreie Nutzung einfache Zeiterfassung Kontra kein Support kaum bis keine Varianten möglich Zeitausgleich wird nur als ganzen Tag akzeptiert und vieles anderes Fazit Für meinen Arbeitgeber nicht zufriedenstellend und nicht nutzbar. Wir werden zu einer anderen Lösung wechseln. I am in the company of the EDP commissioned and among other things responsible for solution of this kind. Sure, you look at how a portal works and sometimes later find out that it's not suitable for the company. But that's not what it's about anymore. The support is very bad or not available at all. You write in the chat is offered and there is no one reachable or you will get an answer only days later. This answer is then not suitable for the question. Now goes since Friday noon 13.09.2019 the log is no longer and nobody cares. Per free use simple time recording Contraindications no support hardly possible until no variants Time compensation is only accepted as a full day and much else Conclusion Unsatisfactory for my employer and unusable. We will switch to another solution.
