★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe die Registrierkasse bereits 2018 beim Finanzamt signiert, und jetzt hat sich herausgestellt, dass von Seiten Hellicash keine Daten an das Finanzamt übermittelt wurden. Nach mehrmaligem Kontakt mit Hellocash Lena bekam ich keine seriöse Auskunft warum! Die Probleme die ich jetzt mit meinem Finanzamt habe, brauche ich wohl nicht erklären. Trotz Übermittlung aller Daten an Hellicash ist bis heute keine Lösung angeboten worden.
I signed the cash register at the tax office back in 2018, and it has now turned out that Hellicash did not transmit any data to the tax office. After several contact with Hellocash Lena, I did not get any reliable information why! I don't need to explain the problems I now have with my tax office. Despite the transmission of all data to Hellicash, no solution has yet been offered.
