Beim Anruf wird man schon äußerst unfreundlich behandelt und bekommt nur genervt eine Auskunft (woraufhin ich zu meinem Mann gesagt habe, dass ich dort sicher nicht hingehen werde und wenn er es machen muss). Wenige Tage später ging mein Mann hin um bei unserem alten Rasenmäher die Starterschnur austauschen zu lassen (je nach Marke und Aufwand wurde mir am Telefon die Auskunft über ca. 22€ gegeben). Als mein Mann den Rasenmäher abgeholt hat, war die Rechnung über 50€ (um diesen Preis hätten wir der Reparatur auf keinen Fall zugestimmt, sondern uns einfach einen neuen gekauft bzw. ihn weggeschmissen, da wir eig. sowieso einen Rasenroboter haben). Uns ist klar, dass eine ca. Auskunft am Telefon kein Kostenvoranschlag ist, dennoch muss der Kunde vorweg informiert werden, wenn die Rechnung auf einmal mehr als das doppelte ausmacht.

When you call you are treated extremely unfriendly and only get annoyed information (whereupon I said to my husband that I will certainly not go there and if he has to do it). A few days later my husband went to have the starter cord of our old lawnmower replaced (depending on the brand and the effort, I was given information about 22 € on the phone). When my husband picked up the lawn mower, the bill was over € 50 (at this price we would not have agreed to the repair under any circumstances, we simply bought a new one or threw it away, since we have a robot lawn mower anyway). It is clear to us that an approximate information on the phone is not a cost estimate, but the customer must be informed in advance if the invoice is suddenly more than double.
