★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eigentlich war ich auf der Suche nach einem Hut für einen Freund, sein Hut war verloren gegangen. Als ich den Laden betrat und meinen Wunsch bekundete, legte die nette Dame mir einen Hut vor der mir wie angegossen passte und ich so zu meinem ersten klassischen Trachtenfilzhut kam.
Pech für meinen Freund, jetzt muss er nach Ende der Pandemie selbst aus Kanada nach Innsbruck kommen.
 I was actually looking for a hat for a friend, his hat had been lost. When I entered the shop and expressed my wish, the nice lady put a hat in front of me that fit me like a glove and so I got my first classic traditional felt hat.
Bad luck for my friend, now he has to come to Innsbruck from Canada himself after the end of the pandemic.

Sehr freundlicher und kompetenter Service. Manchmal lässt sich auch am Preis etwas machen, so habe mich mir gleich zwei Hüte mitgenommen.

Very friendly and competent service. Sometimes you can do something about the price, so I took two hats with me.
Will definitely come back and redeem my hat ticket!
