Ich selbst bin mir unsicher ob es mir gefällt oder nicht aber ich erkenne auf jeden Fall den hohen Wiedererkennungswert an. The architecture of this power plant is certainly not to everyone's taste, but it is definitely unique. I'm not sure whether I like it or not, but I definitely recognize the high recognition value.

Es wurde 1955 errichtet, von den damaligen Stadtwerken Salzburg, direkt am Elisabethkanal. 1987 wurde, um den Schadstoff Ausstoß zu minimieren, eine Rauchgas Reinigungsanlage nachgerüstet- kann mir gut vorstellen das die Salzburger über dies Nachrüstung erfreut waren! :-) A district heating power plant but also an electricity power plant. It was built in 1955 by the then Stadtwerke Salzburg, directly on the Elisabeth Canal. In 1987 a flue gas cleaning system was retrofitted in order to minimize the emission of pollutants - I can well imagine that the people of Salzburg were delighted with this retrofit! :-)
