★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider hat die Qualität bezüglich den Kunden nachgelassen. Der Kunde ist hier sicher nicht König, wie es so schön heisst. Ich werde das Unternehmen sicher nicht weiterempfehlen oder jemals wieder einen Tee oder sonstiges kaufen.
Unfortunately, the quality has deteriorated in relation to the customers. The customer is certainly not king here, as the saying goes. I will definitely not recommend the company to others or buy a tea or anything else ever again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nach drei Minuten allein im Geschäft wird man statt einer Entschuldigung angeschnauzt, warum man nicht eine Maske aufgesetzt hat. Gesagt getan, nun frage ich aber, ob die Maskenpflicht nur für mich gelte, da die drei anwesenden Bedienungen offensichtlich keine benötigen. Tee kann man auch wo anders kaufen. KEINE EMPFEHLUNG!
After three minutes alone in the shop, instead of apologizing, people yell at you why you haven't put on a mask. No sooner said than done, but now I ask whether the mask requirement only applies to me, since the three waitresses present obviously do not need any. You can also buy tea elsewhere. NO RECOMMENDATION!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Qualität von den Tees ist TOP! War letzte Woche zum ersten Mal dort und man hat mich sehr gut beraten und war sehr nett! Kann die saisonalen Christmas Tees voll empfehlen! Werde gerne wiederkommen.
The quality of the teas is TOP! Was there for the first time last week and they gave me very good advice and was very nice! Can fully recommend the seasonal Christmas teas! I would love to come back.
