Heide achtet sehr darauf, dass die asanas richtig gemacht werden, wenn eine übung nicht gemacht werden kann, wird eine andere übung, individuell abgestimmt, angeboten. Schöner raum, leihmatten usw ausreichend vorhanden.

Very versatile and well-designed yoga units that take a full 90 minutes. Heide takes great care that the asanas are done right, if one exercise can not be done, another exercise, individually tailored, is offered. Nice room, mats, etc. sufficiently available.
