j	judith gabriel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schlechtes Service (die Mitarbeiterinnen kennen die Produkte, sie sie verkaufen (sollen) nicht; außerdem ist der Geschäftsführer ist keineswegs entgegenkommend, wenn man auf ein Problem anspricht) und unzulängliche Reparatur und Beratung (hatte mein Fahrrad 2 Wochen dort, damit die Kette - die angeblich das Problem war - getauscht wird; bei Abholung des Rades war das Problem keineswegs behoben sondern immer noch da); ich bin absolut unzufrieden und werde nicht mehr hingehen, da ich Service/Beratung/Reparaturleistung als Zeit- und Geldverschwendung empfinde. Poor service (the employees know the products, they don't (should) sell them; in addition, the managing director is in no way accommodating when you respond to a problem) and inadequate repair and advice (my bike had been there for 2 weeks so that the chain - the allegedly the problem was - is exchanged; when picking up the bike the problem was by no means solved but still there); I am absolutely dissatisfied and will not go there anymore because I find service / advice / repair work a waste of time and money.

Dann waren alle unfreundlich, pampig und Lösung wurde mir keine angeboten. Ich kaufe dort sicher nicht mehr. Gute Auswahl an Körben-deshalb 2 Sterne. Bad advice, bought dearly, but after assembly it turned out that this part will only fit for a month. Then everyone was unfriendly, sloppy and no solution was offered to me. I certainly won't buy there anymore. Good selection of baskets-therefore 2 stars.
M	Marlene Lenz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hab dort vor einem Jahr einen Helm für meine Tochter gekauft. Heute morgen ist mir aufgefallen, dass der Größenversteller kaputt ist. Bin heute spontan hin gefahren (ohne Rechnung) und er wurde sofort kostenlos repariert. Es war mir sehr unangenehm dass ich kein Geld für die Trinkegeldkasse mit hatte da ich immer alles mit Bankomat zahle... Bin sehr begeistert von Heels on Wheels und komme gerne wieder!! Bought a helmet for my daughter there a year ago. I noticed this morning that the size adjuster is broken. I went there spontaneously today (without an invoice) and it was immediately repaired free of charge. I was very uncomfortable that I didn't have any money for the tip because I always pay everything with ATM ... I am very enthusiastic about Heels on Wheels and would be happy to come back!

Ich bin..., trage das aber nicht in aller Öffentlichkeit zur Schau vor allem nicht in einem Fahrradladen! Kein Wunder dass ihnen das Personal wegläuft, der Laden trägt ja auch massiv zur Spaltung bei! Pfui schämt euch! Ich werde nie wieder etwas bei euch kaufen! This shop is awful! Totally overpriced, unfriendly and above all it contributes to the division. I am ... but I don't wear it in public, especially not in a bike shop! No wonder that the staff run away, the shop is also contributing massively to the split! Ugh, be ashamed! I will never buy anything from you again!

Aber es wurde vorher angerufen bzgl der Kosten also insgesamt bin ich sehr zufrieden! Plus: Great cargo bikes Friendly staff Certain repairs very cheap Colorful child-friendly shop Certain repairs are priced incomprehensibly, for example the brakes.... But they called ahead about the costs, so overall I'm very satisfied!
P	Paul Klingenberg on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich hatte manches Ärgernis mit dem von der Werkstätte angebotenen 12€/Monat-Wertgarantie-Angebot, wo ich mitunter, wenn Reparaturen über der 150 €-Grenze waren, bisweilen doch recht ordentlich noch aus eigener Tasche dazuzahlen mußte, wenn ich weiterhin – in dem eigentlich attraktiven – Versicherungsmodell bleiben wollte. Wenn es zu Problemen mit der Versicherung kommt, weil diese sich querstellt, kann allerdings die Werkstätte nichts dafür. Den in einer anderen Rezension beschriebenen Fall, daß ich ein altes Fahrrad hingebracht habe, und dieses mir, weil ich die sehr teure Reparatur nicht zahlen wollte, wegen Sicherheitsbedenken mit geöffneten Bremsen zurückgegeben wurde, habe ich auch erlebt und wenn man dann das Fahrrad nach Hause schieben muß und selber die Bremsen wieder funktionstüchtig kriegen muß, ist das durchaus ärgerlich. Abgesehen davon waren die Reparaturen aber schnell und zuverlässig und auch ordentlich. Ich habe den Eindruck, daß die Werkstätte wirklich Wert darauf legt, daß man mit einem gut gewarteten und ergo sicheren Fahrrad von ihnen wieder wegfährt. Zudem ist der Mechaniker sehr freundlich und, wie ich erfahren habe, ein exzellenter Downhill-Einradfahrer. I had some annoyance with the 12 €/month value guarantee offered by the workshop, where I sometimes had to pay quite a bit more out of my own pocket if repairs were over the 150 € limit if I continued - in the actually attractive – wanted to remain the insurance model. However, if there are problems with the insurance company because they get in the way, the workshop cannot help it. I also experienced the case described in another review that I brought an old bicycle there and it was returned to me with the brakes open because I didn't want to pay for the very expensive repairs because of safety concerns and when you then take the bike home If you have to push and get the brakes working again yourself, it's really annoying. Apart from that, the repairs were quick and reliable and also neat. I have the impression that the workshop really values that you leave them with a well-maintained and therefore safe bike. In addition, the mechanic is very friendly and, as I found out, an excellent downhill unicyclist.
