Auch wenn die Entfernung weit war, hat die kompetente und angenehme Kommunikation mit Herrn Hauser unsere Vorsicht schwinden lassen. Und wie unser Gefühl uns nicht getäuscht hat, können wir hiermit nur zu 100 % bestätigen. Vom Import aus Deutschland, über Fotos, Beschreibung, Überprüfung im Werk und Besichtigung vor Ort hatte alles handschlagqualität und wir hatten zu keiner Zeit Sorge, dass etwas nicht klappen würde. Es wurde das Lieferdatum eingehalten, sodass wir zur richtigen Zeit unser Gerät zum Einsatz bringen konnten. Den weiten Überstellungsweg hatten wir mehr gefürchtet, als er schließlich war. Und rechtzeitig zur Ernte wurde noch ein kompetenter Mitarbeiter zur Einschulung für einen ganzen Tag zur Verfügung gestellt. Auch die Rücknahme des alten Gerätes verlief problemlos. Alles in allem empfehlen wir die Firma Hauser Landtechnik 100 %ig weiter. Es ist ein seriöses, korrektes und kompetentes Unternehmen, das in jeder Hinsicht auf die Bedürfnisse seiner Kunden eingeht. Even if the distance was far, the competent and pleasant communication with Mr. Hauser made our caution wane. And how our feeling has not deceived us, we can only confirm 100%. From the import from Germany, to photos, description, inspection in the factory and on-site inspection, everything was handshake quality and at no time did we worry that something would go wrong. The delivery date was kept so that we could use our device at the right time. We feared the long transfer route more than it actually was. And just in time for the harvest, a competent employee was made available for training for a whole day. The return of the old device was also problem-free. All in all, we recommend Hauser Landtechnik 100%. It is a serious, correct and competent company that caters to the needs of its customers in every way.
