Donnerstag 13:30 Uhr aus Deutschland eine Heckenschere bestellt und Freitag 10:00 Uhr bereits da - MEGA! Und dann nach zu einem unschlagbaren Hammer preis. Werde mein Werkzeug nur noch hier bestellen. Vielen Dank und gute Geschäfte für die Zukunft. Perfect shop. The customer support at BJC is always helpful and very easy to reach. Lieferzeiten werden nicht eingehalten, Zahlungen werden nicht Verbucht und es wird behauptet das Die Zahlung nicht eingegangen ist, um die Lieferzeiten soweit wie möglich nach hinter zu schieben! Nach Einreichung des Auszuges, das dies Gezahlt wurden hat es mehr als 1 Woche gedauert bis dies bestätigt wurde, mittlerweile befinden wir uns in der 13 Woche und die Ware ist immer noch nicht das, was Ich bekommen habe ist eine Mail das die Lieferung voraussichtlich in den Nächten 3 Wochen vielleicht bei den ankommt, und dann kann erst Die Lieferung erfolgen. Bei der Bestellung und 5 Tage nach der Bestellung, war das Produkt Verfügbar! Verfügbarkeit: Auf Lager Lieferzeit: 1 bis 2 Arbeitstage Die Lieferzeit ist jedoch mehr als 17 Wochen. So eine Verarschung! Wer hier Bestellt ist selber Schuld, und Ich werde hier nie wieder Bestellen! Meine Bestellung habe Ich jetzt storniert! Unfortunately only 1 star and that's too much! Delivery times are not adhered to, payments are not booked and it is claimed that the payment has not been received in order to postpone the delivery times as far as possible! Liefertermin mehrfach verschoben, und den letzten ultimativen Liefertermin auch noch um zwei weitere Wochen verpasst !!!!! NIE MEHR WIEDER bei BJC ???? C	Christian Christoph on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5 Sterne ? für diesen Händler. Als deutscher Endverbraucher hatte ich ein wenig Skepsis hier eine Stihl MS391 zu kaufen. Wie sieht es mit der Garantie aus? Warum ist Sie 200€ preiswerter als bei uns? Lieferzeit uvm. Also habe ich beim Stihl Support angerufen und meine Bedenken gestellt. Sofern die Maschine in einem europäischen Land gekauft wird, gilt immer eine 2 Jahres Garantie. Also bei BJC bestellt und das per Sofort Überweisung. Dann bekam ich weder eine Bestell-/ noch eine Zahlungsbestätigung und wurde unruhig. Scheinbar ein Fehler im System, denn der österreichische Support war schnell erreichbar und schickte mir Alles erneut zu. Auch sagte mir die nette Frau, daß die Stihl schon auf dem Weg zu mir ist. Heute kam Sie gut verpackt mit den 2 Liter Kettenöl bei mir an und ich konnte mit der Arbeit loslegen. Spaßeshalber habe ich die Maschine bei Stihl registriert und war erstaunt, daß die Firma mir eine 1 jährige Garantieverlängerungen gewährte. Ich bestell gern wieder bei Euch 5 stars ? for this dealer. As a German end user, I was a little skeptical about buying a Stihl MS391 here. What about the guarantee? Why is it €200 cheaper than ours? Delivery time and much more So I called Stihl Support and asked my concerns. If the machine is bought in a European country, there is always a 2-year guarantee. So ordered from BJC and that by immediate transfer. Then I received neither an order nor a payment confirmation and became restless. Apparently an error in the system, because the Austrian support was easy to reach and sent me everything again. The nice woman also told me that the Stihl is already on the way to me. Today it arrived well packed with the 2 liters of chain oil and I was able to get to work. I registered the machine with Stihl for fun and was amazed that the company gave me a 1 year extended warranty. I would like to order from you again
