Im Hof gibt es ein Becken mit fließenden trinkwasser. The house schober is close to a gondola lift. The mountains are great and the Schober family is very nice and hospitable. In the courtyard there is a pool with running water.

Es ist für uns immer wieder eine Freude wenn wir jährlich zum Ski fahren nach Mühlbach kommen und Hansi und Lisi begrüßen dürfen. DANKE für ALLES ? Family Schober always spoiled us at breakfast, it is always a family atmosphere. It is always a pleasure for us to come to Mühlbach every year to ski and welcome Hansi and Lisi. THANK YOU for EVERYTHING ?
C	Charlie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die sehr nette Gastgeberfamilie bekommt 2 Punkte, die Ferienwohnung 2 leider keine. In jeder Ecke tummelten sich Spinnen, kein Fenster im Bad und Ventilator defekt. Die Lampen über dem Bett hingen nur mehr an 1 Schraube und funktionierten teils nicht. Keine Fliegengitter, wir wurden zerstochen von den Mücken. Die Wohnung selbst war in 2 Zimmer aufgeteilt, die alte (aber funktionale) Küche mit Esszimmer über einen extra Gang getrennt begehbar der an die Haustüre anschloss - so mussten wir ständig auf unseren Hund aufpassen und begegneten den anderen Gästen. Lt. Vermieter durften wir uns in allen Zimmern alleine aufhalten, daher ging ich einmal im Nebenzimmer auf die Toilette (da gab's ein Fenster im Bad) und plötzlich stand die Vermieterin vor mir, die durch den Gang ohne anzuklopfen einfach rein kam- sehr unangenehm. Die Lage ist als Ausgangspunkt zum Wandern oder Ski fahren ok, den Berg sieht man leider nicht und auch sonst gibt es da leider keine Nennenswerte Aussicht. Wir würden nicht wieder dort buchen, so freundlich die Familie Schober auch war. The very nice host family gets 2 points, the apartment 2 unfortunately no. There were spiders in every corner, no window in the bathroom and fan broken. The lamps above the bed hung only on 1 screw and partly did not work. No mosquito screens, we were bitten by mosquitoes. The apartment itself was divided into 2 rooms, the old (but functional) kitchen with dining room via an extra walk separately connected to the front door connected - so we had to constantly take care of our dog and met the other guests. Lt. Landlord we were allowed to stay alone in all rooms, so I went once in the next room to the bathroom (there was a window in the bathroom) and suddenly the landlady was in front of me, through the corridor without knocking just came in - very uncomfortable. The location is ok as a starting point for hiking or skiing, the mountain is unfortunately not visible and there are unfortunately no significant views. We would not book again, as friendly as the Schober family was.
P	Peter Brügmann on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr schöne Ferienwohnungen im herkömmlichen Stil für die ganze Familie. Abseits vom 'Mainstream' steht von hier aus einem ruhigen Bergurlaub nichts im Wege... Zu Fuß nur ca. 3min zur Karbachalm Gondelbahn und dann hinauf ins Wanderparadies, ca. 2min. mit dem Auto in den Ortskern zum Einkaufen... Sehr nette Wirtsleute, Parkplätze direkt vor der Haustür. Hinter dem Haus Terrasse mit schöner Alm Wiese zum ruhen und genießen. Großer Aufenthaltsraum mit vielen Gesellschaftsspiele für Regentage... Wir kommen gerne wieder, vielen Dank! Very nice apartments in the traditional style for the whole family. Away from the 'mainstream' is from here a quiet mountain holiday nothing in the way ... On foot only about 3 minutes to Karbachalm gondola lift and then up to the hiking paradise, approx. 2min. by car in the center for shopping ... Very nice hosts, parking right outside the front door. Behind the house terrace with beautiful meadow meadow to rest and enjoy. Large lounge with many board games for rainy days ... We will gladly come back, thank you!
S	Sabrina Holz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub in einer wirklich tollen, sehr sehr sauberen Wohnung. Die Ausstattung war super, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Ganz im Gegenteil. Auch unser Hund war herzlich willkommen. Die Gastgeber sind sehr herzlich und freundlich. Wären am liebsten länger geblieben. Auch die Lage ist top, man erreicht alles wichtige zu Fuß und ist von schöner Natur umgeben. Von unserer Seite aus nur zu empfehlen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder :-) We had a very nice vacation in a really great, very, very clean apartment. The equipment was great, nothing was missing. But on the contrary. Our dog was also very welcome. The hosts are very warm and friendly. Would have loved to stay longer. The location is also great, everything important can be reached on foot and is surrounded by beautiful nature. From our side I can only recommend it. We would like to come again :-)
