★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr nettes Hotel in ruhiger Lage. Die Zimmer sind äußerst sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Vom Speiseraum hat man einen beeindruckenden Blick auf die Burg Mauterndorf und kann sich in diesem Ambiente das fantastische Essen schmecken lassen. (die Chefin kocht persönlich!) Die umliegenden Skigebiete Großeck/Speiereck (5min entfernt), Aineck/Katschberg (10min entfernt), Fanningberg (15min entfernt) und Obertauern (20 min entfernt) lassen keinen Wünsche offen! In jedem Skigebiet gibt es Pisten in allen Schwierigkeitsgraden.
Fazit: Tolles Hotel, große Auswahl an Skigebieten, perfekter Urlaub!
Very nice hotel in a quiet location. The rooms are extremely clean and comfortably furnished. From the dining room you have an impressive view of Mauterndorf Castle and you can enjoy the fantastic food in this ambience. (The boss cooks personally!) The surrounding ski areas Großeck / Speiereck (5 minutes away), Aineck / Katschberg (10 minutes away), Fanningberg (15 minutes away) and Obertauern (20 minutes away) leave nothing to be desired! There are slopes of all levels of difficulty in every ski area.
Conclusion: great hotel, large selection of ski areas, perfect vacation!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir hatten das Glück aufgrund einer akuten Reparatur kurzfristig im Ferienhaus Bergspatz untergebracht zu werden. Das Haus wurde erst vor Kurzem renoviert und ist sehr gemütlich. Die Zimmer sind hell und mit viel Holz ausgestattet. Schöner Ausblick südlich ins Tal hinein. Definitiv eine Empfehlung!
We were lucky enough to be accommodated at short notice in the Bergspatz holiday home due to an acute repair. The house was recently renovated and is very cozy. The rooms are bright and furnished with lots of wood. Beautiful view south into the valley. Definitely a recommendation!

The rooms are tastefully decorated with a warm atmosphere and offer great views of the Castle of Mauterndorf and the surrounding mountains. The location allows to relax peacefully and is just 5 minutes walking distance to the centre of Mauterndorf. The skiing areas of Mauterndorf, Obertauern, Fanningberg and Katschberg are all easily reached by free ski bus.
