N	Nina K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das Apartment war sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Leider ist der Check-in am Anreisetag erst ab 17 Uhr möglich. Wir hatten die Hoffnung, dass dann zumindest der Check-Out zeitlich flexibler ist. Das war leider nicht so. Wir mussten den Schlüssel für das Apartment am Sonntag um 9 Uhr wieder abgeben. Sehr schade! The apartment was very clean and nicely decorated. Unfortunately, check-in is only possible from 5 p.m. on the day of arrival. We hoped that at least the check-out would be more flexible. Unfortunately, that was not the case. We had to return the key to the apartment at 9 a.m. on Sunday. It's a pity!

Die Ausstattung ist wie beschrieben und die Einrichtung ist ebenfalls hochwertig ( WMF Pfannen, Kontaktgrill, Fön etc ) Leider nur 1 ( !!! ) Fernseher im Wohnzimmer, so dass sich alle 6 Personen diesen teilen müssen und man sich abends auf ein Programm und eine Uhrzeit einigen muss, da in den beiden Schlafzimmer zwar Anschlüsse vorhanden sind, jedoch keine Fernseher stehen. Auch die Hunde des Vermieters können ungestört durch die Hundeklappe in den Hof und machen so Lärm, wann immer sie wollen. so wird man sehr früh am Morgen oder nachts geweckt. TV in the living room, so that all 6 people have to share it and you have to agree on a program and time in the evening, as there are connections in both bedrooms, but no TVs. The landlord's dogs can also enter the courtyard undisturbed through the dog flap and make noise whenever they want. so you are woken up very early in the morning or at night. A pity
M	Matzi Brommel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das positive zuerst, das Haus und die Wohnungen sind neu, sehr gute Ausstattung, Töpfe und Pfannen von WMF, Kontaktgrill, Ofen mit sehr guten Funktionen, Tiefkühler und Kühlschrank. 2 Badezimmer mit Dusche. Leider aber alles in allem nicht zufriedenstellend, die Hunde der Besitzer bellen laufend im Hof, am An/Abreisetag um 4 Uhr morgens, dass Sofa ist für 4 Personen zu klein, die Infrarotsauna steht mitten im Wohnzimmer, Nutzung nur möglich, wenn alle beteiligten damit klarkommen, normale Sauna kostet extra, Skikeller hat keine richtige Schuhheizung, Skischuhe waren immer feucht. Haus liegt direkt an der Bundesstraße, Bergauf hört man ab 6 Uhr die LKW fahren. Es gibt auch richtig vermietete Wohnung, hier streitet man um die überdachten Parkplätze. Es gibt nur einen Fernseher, wer im Wohnzimmer schlafen muss (2/2/2), bleibt wach bis alle schlafen wollen, da die beiden Schlafzimmer zwar einen Anschluss haben, aber keine TV Geräte. House is right on the main road, uphill you can hear the trucks driving from 6 a.m. There is also a properly rented apartment, here there is argument about the covered parking spaces. There is only one TV, if you have to sleep in the living room (2/2/2), you stay awake until everyone wants to sleep, since the two bedrooms have a connection, but no TVs.
