Das war echt spitze!!! Besser kann man nicht wohnen... Friendly, clean, modern. Furnished with love. The ski slope is right by the house. You can take the lift in front of the gondola to the Matrei ski area. That was really great! There is no better way to live ...

Dadurch, dass die getrennten Schlafzimmer jeweils über ein eigenes Bad mit Dusche und WC verfügen und sich die bequemen Betten zu Einzelbetten verschieben lassen, ist die Wohnung ganz besonders auch für Familien mit Jugendlichen oder Freundesrunden geeignet. Die netten Gastgeber und die wunderbare Bergwelt rund um Kals lassen den Aufenthalt zu einem unvergesslichen Erlebnis werden! The apartments are spacious and well equipped. Because the separate bedrooms each have their own bathroom with shower and toilet and the comfortable beds can be moved to single beds, the apartment is particularly suitable for families with young people or groups of friends. The friendly hosts and the wonderful mountains around Kals make your stay an unforgettable experience!

Tolle Ausstattung, sowohl was Bäder, als auch was die in den Appartements verbauten Küchen mit Geräten anbetrifft. Nette Vermieter, die sich viel Mühe geben bei Problemen zu helfen und zum Frühstück, wenn gewünscht, frische Brötchen jeden Tag. Kann man nur empfehlen! Beautiful cozy modern apartments with lots of wood right on the slopes. Self-sufficiency. Great amenities, both in terms of bathrooms, as well as what the kitchens built into the apartments with devices. Nice landlords who go out of their way to help with any problems and for breakfast, if desired, fresh rolls every day. You can only recommend!

Die Gastgeber sind liebenswert und immer sehr aufmerksam, toll. Wir kommen gerne wieder! We were given a very warm welcome at Haus Maritchen and felt very comfortable throughout the entire time! The hosts are lovely and always very attentive, great. We'd love to come back!

Maritchen is situated best possible regarding access to and from the skiing area and the minor down town. The appartments were big, new and luxurious, and the hosts Maritchen and Stephan are a sympathetic and professional couple. We enjoyed Maritchen very much,
M	Miljenko Novosel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been here already two times and intend to return. The house is positioned on the top of the village, with a very nice view towards the valley. The apartments are excellent. Spacious, well equipped, comfortable, aesthetically pleasant, with big windows. Wood is dominating in the interior. The ceiling, as well as floors and most of the walls are made of massive spruce and larch. Surfaces look like they are not protected by anything, so you can still touch and smell a real tree. But it's not all! Behind the walls it's a hidden high tech and energetically efficient house. Outer walls (and roof?) are covered by photoelectric cells. The heating is solved by the geothermal pump. Heat insulation seems to be excellent. I'm really impressed, how carefully and unobtrusively are all those details put together. The owners are with the reason proud of their property and offering. On top of the standard service, there is a bar where you can have drinks, pizza and similar food. There is also an infrared room designed primarily to heal your spine. (Sorry, I did not try it, but left it for the next time :-). I also saw some gym equipment around, so I suppose it's also available to the guests.
