Simply beautiful. Privacy, cleanliness, great lady, incredible calm, enchanting surroundings, simply luxury ... Absolutely perfect in both summer and winter.

Wij hebben al vele vakantiewoningen in Oostenrijk bezocht, maar deze stak er toch wel bovenuit! Beautiful spacious rooms, very well equipped and the house has a fantastic location. Frau Theresia Groder is also very hospitable and helpful! We have already visited many holiday homes in Austria, but this one stood out!

Zentrale Lage und in unmittelbarer Umgebung der Bergbahn. Sehr zu empfehlen ist die Infrarotkabine nach einem langen Wandertag. Es kann einfach kein Zufall sein, dass man als langjähriger Kals-Urlauber immer wieder in der gleichen Unterkunft landet. Very friendly and warm hostess. Spacious, bright and fully equipped apartments with great balconies that invite you to linger. Central location and in the immediate vicinity of the mountain railway. The infrared cabin is highly recommended after a long day of hiking. It simply cannot be a coincidence that as a long-time Kals holiday maker you end up in the same accommodation again and again.

Jahr in Folge in unseren Winterferien hier und freuen uns immer wieder über den kurzen Fußweg zum Lift. Der Brötchenservice, der in drei Minuten zu erreichende Milchautomat an dem wir täglich frische Kuhmilch holen und der ebenfalls zu Fuß zu erreichende kleine Markt in Kals machen das Auto entbehrlich und tragen sehr zum Wohlfühlen bei. Erwähnen möchte ich auch die Infrarotkabine, in der wir nach dem Skifahren schon häufig neue Kraft getankt haben. Wir kommen gerne immer wieder. The bread service, the milk machine that can be reached in three minutes, from which we get fresh cow's milk every day, and the small market in Kals, which can also be reached on foot, make the car unnecessary and contribute greatly to the feeling of well-being. Alles ist sehr sauber und für die Selbstversorgung gut ausgestattet. Internet funktioniert hervorragend. 5 Sterne Unterkunft, die jeden Cent wert ist. Not only the view from the balcony is an experience here, the hospitality is also very good. The apartment is very spacious and offers a lot of space. Everything is very clean and well equipped for self-sufficiency. Internet works great. 5 star accommodation that is worth every penny.
