S	Suse Mann on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zum wiederholen mal wollten wir in den Grillgarten vom Haus Lavendel (ab 17 Uhr geöffnet) zum Essen. Und wurden mit der Begründung das alles voll mit Hausgästen sei, abgewiesen! Es befanden sich keine Gäste (18 Uhr) im ganzen Lokal! Auch gegen 19 Uhr noch nicht! Man könnte auch von diskriminierung sprechen da mein Mann im Rollstuhl sitzt und dies offenbar der Grund war! Wenn ich die ganzen Bewertungen lese, bin ich eigentlich sehr froh darüber dort nicht mein Geld ausgegeben zu haben und mich der anscheinend überaus schlechten kulinarischen Küche hingegeben musste! Once again we wanted to eat in the grill garden at Haus Lavendel (open from 5 p.m.). And were rejected on the grounds that everything was full of house guests! There were no guests (6 p.m.) in the whole restaurant! Not even at 7 p.m.! You could also speak of discrimination because my husband is in a wheelchair and that was obviously the reason! When I read all the reviews, I'm actually very happy that I didn't spend my money there and that I had to indulge in the apparently extremely poor culinary cuisine!

Leider hat das Haus nichts mehr mit den Photos im Internet zu tun angefangen vom Außenbereich bis hin zu den Zimmern sind in einem sehr schäbigen Zustand der Fernseher war kaputt die Duschkabine viel auseinander der Vorhang viel herunter das Bett ein einziger Alptraum der Balkong war so morsch das die Blumentröge weggebrochen sind.Der Seezugang ist wunderschön leider waren auch dort die Kajaks alle kaputt und durften nicht benutzt werden.Das gesammte ist sehr renovierungsbedürftig denn die Lage ist richtig toll The staff is very, very nice! Unfortunately, the house has nothing to do with the photos on the Internet, from the outside area to the rooms are in a very shabby condition, the TV was broken, the shower cubicle a lot apart, the curtain down, the bed a single nightmare, the balcony was so rotten that The flower troughs have broken away. The access to the lake is beautiful, unfortunately the kayaks were all broken and were not allowed to be used. The whole thing is in need of renovation because the location is really great
B	Birgit Platzer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Für uns gibt es nichts zu beanstanden!! Wir wurden trotz zu früher Ankunft herzlichst Empfangen und haben gleich das Zimmer bekommen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hat alles für uns getan! Es war ein schöner und erholsamer Aufenthalt! Wir kommen wieder!!! For us there is nothing to complain about! Despite arriving too early, we were warmly welcomed and immediately got our room. The staff was very friendly and went out of their way for us! It was a nice and relaxing stay! We will be back!!!
S	Shifty McCloud on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider ein Haus welches in den 70er Jahren stehen geblieben ist. Die Türen knallen und man hört alle Geräusche der angrenzenden Zimmer. Diese sind billigst renoviert, der Fernseher hat vier Programme, dafür aber ein schlechtes Bild. Die Außenanlagen sind total verwahrlost. Der Pool kann nicht benützt werden da total kaputt. Das Grillrestaurant ist wegen Personalmangel nicht mehr in Betrieb, wird aber weiterhin als geöffnet angeboten. Das Frühstücksbuffet war lieblos hergerichtet, der Kaffee nicht zu trinken und von Kärntner Hausmannskost nichts zu sehen. Auch das Geschirr war schmutzig. Hunde sind laut Werbung zwar im Haus willkommen, jedoch am "Privatstrand" des Hauses verboten. Unfortunately a house which was left standing in the 70s. The doors slam and you can hear all the noises from the adjoining rooms. These are cheaply renovated, the television has four channels, but a bad picture. The outdoor areas are totally neglected. The pool cannot be used as it was totally broken. The grill restaurant is no longer in operation due to a lack of staff, but is still offered as open. The breakfast buffet was carelessly prepared, the coffee not to be drunk and nothing to see of Carinthian home-style cooking. The dishes were also dirty. According to the advertising, dogs are welcome in the house, but forbidden on the "private beach" of the house.
R	Ricardo Franke on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent dinner, lovely grilled meat and nice side dishes. Serbian mixed grill and grilled ananas with icecream are great. Nice personnel and laid back atmosphere with a great view on the surrounding mountains.

You can't open windows because of the smoke from their own grill and considerable noise from the main road. Shower issues - water keeps changing temperature all the time. Food was awful, they can not even make scrambled eggs (over salted and dry, with salty cheese on top). Yesterday's or older pastry is their standard. No welcome drink as advertised. Bikes for rent in awful condition. Wifi worked only 50% of the time. One tired looking kind lady does all the work. Chefs are constantly hidden on a smoke break. Never again.
M	Massimiliano Pace on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is definitely awesome, the personnel is great and happy to help. The room I've been in was clean, neat and spacious. The things that let me down were: the parking place is not big enough (I wasn't able to park inside their lot), the cushions are extremely soft (I liked them, but if you are not into it they're worthless) and the worst part is the absence of an AC inside the room. Nonetheless, an amazing play to stay.

Service was very friendly, but it took longer than expected before food was served. In the middle of summer place was only half full. We won't be back. There are better restaurants in the area, e.g at the other side of the lake.
