M	Markus Kulling on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Lage des Objektes ist zentral, 400m vom Ortskern. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in direkter Nähe. Die Hausordnung ist sehr eigen. Die feste Ausstattung der Küche ist gut, Mikrowelle, Herd, Backofen, Geschirrspüler, die Lose Ausstattung, Töpfe und Pfannen schlecht. Der Skischuhtrockner ist parziell defekt, Skischuhe mussten in der Wohnung getrocknet werden Die Besitzerin ist sehr distanzlos. Geht täglich in die Wohnung, räumt um. Selbst wenn jemand in der Wohnung ist/ wegen Krankheit im Bett liegt - führt sie ihre tägliche Kontrolle durch. Ein Stern. The location of the property is central, 400m from the town center. Shops in the immediate vicinity. The house rules are very specific. The fixed equipment of the kitchen is good, microwave, stove, oven, dishwasher, the loose equipment, Pots and pans bad. The ski boot dryer is partially defective, ski boots had to be dried in the apartment The owner is very indifferent. Goes into the apartment every day, rearranges. Even if someone is in the apartment / lies in bed because of illness - she carries out her daily checks. A star.
P	Patrick Becker on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positiv: Günstige FW. Super zentral gelegen in Neustift und toller Blick ins Tal. Der Skibus ist innerhalb 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Ausstattung der Zimmer / Wohnung ist okay und sauber, jedoch auch nichts besonderes. Es gibt einen Brötchen Service und einen Skikeller, dazu Stellplätze direkt vor dem HAUS. (3 Sterne) Negativ: Die Pfannen in der Küche waren zerkratzt und müssten getauscht werden. Was sehr negativ aufgefallen ist: Die Schlaf- und Badezimmer werden jeden Tag von der Vermieterin betreten, selbst wenn diese abgeschlossen sind, eine Privatsphäre gibt es als nicht. Auch sonst ist hier VIELES durch die eigenen Hausordnung untersagt. (1 Stern) Positive: Cheap FW. Super centrally located in Neustift and great view of the valley. The ski bus can be reached within 5 minutes on foot. The equipment of the room / apartment is okay and clean, but nothing special either. There is a bread service and a ski cellar, plus parking spaces directly in front of the house. (3 stars) Negative: The pans in the kitchen were scratched and needed to be replaced. What was noticed very negatively: The landlord enters the bedrooms and bathrooms every day, even if they are locked, there is no privacy. Much else is prohibited here by your own house rules. (1 star)

m	mikkel andersen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed at this place for a week, and was constantly feeling looked down upon by frau Larch. My friends and I were going skiing and drinking, and drinking was not allowed in the rooms, that's understandable, but when we had gone out for dinner, we noticed that Frau Larch had stolen our alcohol and locked it in a shed. this was very worrying, we told our group leader to have a talk with her, but she continued. our last night we still had quite the amount of beer, so we asked her to bring it after supper, and she put it in the entrance, i thought that it was clocking up the hallway so i moved it into my room, but we were planning to take it with us to another place. Frau Larch saw me bringing the beer into my room, and she got an attitude, she started saying the we can't drink in the rooms, I told her we were bringing it with us, and she started calling me stupid with quite the attitude. Worst experience ever, not recommended.
O	Oscar Kokholm on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I will never recommend this as a place to stay on vacation. It is a very strict place to stay at, where young people certainly is not welcome. We were 4 boys, 18-20 years old, staying there for 7 days, and the old lady immediately told us not to have ANY kind of alcohol in the house. Fair enough, we was told to have it in the basement, and planned to take it with us out, when we were gone drinking. Anyways, the breakfast is very boring, and you only get 1 shot of juice to compensate for the incredibly bad breakfast. She was hiding our alcohol at night, so she could be sure that we were not taking it into our rooms. One time, we took it into our rooms and getting ready to take it with us to another hotel, and suddenly she just came in and began cussing at us. It was hard to understand, because she can NOT speak any kind of English. She called one of us dumb, and we were shocked. Never stay there, for your own sake.
