T	Tomas De Landsheer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Als ik dit meer dan 5 sterren kon geven, zou ik dit het maximum geven! Familie Canazei, ik zou jullie uit het diepste van mijn hart willen bedanken. Ondanks de Corona problematiek, waren jullie altijd zeer punctueel in het mailverkeer. Ook zou ik graag bij mijn review willen vermelden dat wij er die nacht de enige gasten waren. Ik vermoed dat dit pension normaal meer gasten ontvangt, aangezien men ook kan boeken via AirBnB. Jammer genoeg voor de familie waren alle boekingen via AirBnB geschrapt omwille van Corona. Toch waren ze voor ons twee super vriendelijk! We krijgen bij aankomst een ruime en degelijke 3 persoonskamer aangewezen. Ook vertrok er direct iemand met onze paspoorten naar de toeristische dienst in Neustift om de Stubai Super Card te gaan halen. Dit 20 minuten voor de sluitingstijd! De kamers zijn zeer goed en ruim met een prachtig zicht op de gletsjer en de Elferbahnen! Aan het ontbijt is er zeker niets aan te merken! Alles is vers en goed. Er is ook een keukentje vlak bij de ontbijtzaal om zelf iets te koken. Super initiatief! Nogmaals zou ik jullie willen bedanken voor de super overnachting aan een ongelofelijke lage prijs! Bedankt ! Despite the Corona problem, you were always very punctual in your email traffic. I would also like to mention in my review that we were the only guests there that night. I suspect this guesthouse normally receives more guests as one can also book through AirBnB. Unfortunately for the family, all bookings through AirBnB were canceled due to Corona. Still, they were super friendly to the two of us! We are assigned a spacious and solid 3-person room on arrival. Someone also immediately left with our passports to the tourist office in Neustift to get the Stubai Super Card. This 20 minutes before closing time! The rooms are very good and spacious with a beautiful view of the glacier and the Elferbahnen! There is certainly nothing to criticize about the breakfast! Everything is fresh and good. There is also a kitchenette near the breakfast room to cook something for yourself. Super initiative! Again I would like to thank you for the super overnight stay at an unbelievably low price! Thanks !

Camera matrimoniale (n.6) molto spaziosa e con una grande terrazza panoramica (vista spettacolare sul ghiacciaio di Stubai). Pulizia della camera ok. Arredi un po’ vecchi e bagno essenziale con solo sapone per le mani. Proprietari cortesi. Possibilità di usare una cucina al piano terra. Colazione semplice con pane fresco, burro, marmellata, yogurt e cereali, succhi e, a richiesta, uova. Affettati un po’ scarsi. Comodo il parcheggio privato. Consigliato. Perfect location 5 minutes from the center of Neustift and the ski bus stop. Double room (n.6) very spacious and with a large panoramic terrace (spectacular view of the Stubai glacier). Room cleaning ok. A little old furniture and an essential bathroom with only hand soap. Friendly owners. Possibility to use a kitchen on the ground floor. Simple breakfast with fresh bread, butter, jam, yogurt and cereals, juices and, on request, eggs. Slices a little scarce. Convenient private parking. Recommended.

M	Malvin B. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location is good, about 5 minutes by foot to the center and restaurants. Staff, the host family, is super friendly. Supportive with tips as well. Rooms (double room with balcony) are clean, and spacious. The bed in our room was 180cm wide, plenty of space. :) Parking is available for about 4 cars. The breakfast is good (bread, müsli, eggs, fruit, sweet, salty). Facilities are okay, there is a small kitchen for preparing small things. The balcony is spacious, there is a dry room as well. Stairs, no elevator so not wheelchair friendly if that's what you need. Price is very good for wat you get. Sum up: definitely liked it! Would come again for sure. Next time with direct booking at the family itself.
