Sehr nette Vermieterin.Wer etwas exklusives sucht ist hier falsch.
We (my wife and I) had the one-room apartment. Everything was OK, nice large balcony, inexpensive, great view.
Very nice landlady. Anyone looking for something exclusive is wrong here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir verbringen seit vielen Jahren unseren Sommerurlaub im Haus Karl und sind immer wieder begeistert.
Die Ferienwohnungen sind sauber und schön eingerichtet.
Für die Kinder (&die Erwachsenen) gibt es direkt vor dem Haus die Möglichkeit Fußball,Tischtennis,Federball zu spielen oder Trampolin zu springen.
In der Früh kann man sich frisches Gebäck liefern lassen.
Die Gastgeberfamilie ist sehr,sehr freundlich und fröhlich.
In der Umgebung gibt es unzählige Ausflugsmöglichkeiten.Der See ist zu Fuß erreichbar und ein privater Badeabschnitt kann gratis benützt werden.
Wir können diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen und freuen uns auf viele weitere schöne Urlaubstage im Haus Karl.
We have been spending our summer vacation at Haus Karl for many years and are always delighted.
The apartments are clean and nicely furnished.
For the children (& the adults) there is the possibility to play football, table tennis, badminton or to jump on the trampoline right in front of the house.
In the morning you can have fresh pastries delivered.
The host family is very, very friendly and happy.
There are countless possibilities for excursions in the area: the lake is within walking distance and a private bathing area can be used free of charge.
We can only recommend this accommodation and look forward to many more wonderful holidays in Haus Karl.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We rented the apartment in this house in september and had a wonderful stay there. The apartment, and the house itself, is very cosy and clean. There are some rooms for rent, and the hosts live on a base floor. There is everything needed in the appartment: separate bathroom, kitchen, kitchenware, tableware and cutlery, microwave, coffee machine, big tv, wifi. Nice balcony with the lake view. The hosts are very welcoming, and fulfilled our needs, even allowed us to make a laundry, and turned on the heating at night, cause I'm very heat-loving . Also they respect your privacy so you can have a relaxing rest. And I cannot fail to refer to the attractive reasonable price of the appt.
The house is on a little hill, in about 10 min on foot from the center of Unterach am Attersee, a little cosy town with the pier, supermarket, bakery, different cafes, tourist center, place for bathing and tanning, sport activities and so on. The city is well situated and close to many attractions, especially if you are on wheels.
In conclusion we had a great vacation there! Many thanks to family Karl.
