Síce je to najďalej a najvyššie, ale pohodlné parkovanie autom pár metrov od vchodu, žiadne schody, tiež pohodlné odloženie bicyklov. Apartmán pekný ,čistý, s dostatkom svetla, príjemná terasa aj keď bez výhľadu. Ideálne je to pre štyri osoby. Dve spálne, jedna väčšia s väčšou dvojposteľou, druhá menšia s trochu menšou dvojposteľou. Kuchyňa menšia. Obyvačka s veľkou rohovou sedačkou. Majiteľ priateľský. We stayed in the Ferienhaus apartment. Although it is the farthest and highest, but convenient parking by car a few meters from the entrance, no stairs, also convenient storage of bicycles. Apartment nice, clean, with plenty of light, nice terrace although no view. It is ideal for four people. Two bedrooms, one larger with a larger double bed, the other smaller with a slightly smaller double bed. Kitchen smaller. Living room with large corner seat. Owner friendly.

Internet könnte etwas zügiger sein... Four relaxing days spent. The apartment was very clean and sufficiently equipped. The service (rolls in the morning) was also a good thing. Internet could be a little faster ...
K	Karin Lehnert on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Der Gastgeber und seine Eltern sind sehr nett,die Umgebung ist wunderschön und ruhig.Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr sauber und zweckmässig eingerichtet.Haustiere sind erlaubt,Raucherbereiche vorhanden, in die Hauptstadt ist es nicht allzu weit,viele Sehenswürdigkeiten.Immer wieder gerne ?? The host and his parents are very nice, the environment is beautiful and quiet. The apartment is very clean and functional furnishings. Pets are allowed, smoking areas available, in the capital it is not too far, many places to visit. Always happy again
V	Vince on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le propriétaire est vraiment charmant et nous a tout de suite mis à l'aise, nous renseignant spontanément sur les activités autours. L'appartement était très propre et bien équipé. Il disposait d'une terrasse vers le sud avec vue sur les montagnes alentours. Nous étions 5 et c'était tout à fait convenable en termes de place. Il y avait une chambre avec un grand lit et un lit individuel. Le salon disposait d'un canapé convertible. Il y avait une salle d'eau avec toilette et un deuxième toilette. La cuisine était petite avec le nécessaire mais suffisante pour des repas simples de vacances . Les lave-linges se trouvaient dans le 2ème chalet au-dessus de celui où nous logions. Le parking pouvait accommoder facilement 8 voitures. Un espace de parking se trouvait à l'arrière et permettait de décharger ou recharger en s'économisant un étage. Vraiment un beau cadre avec le lac proche (non visible de l'appartement) à pied. The owner is really charming and immediately put us at ease, spontaneously informing us about the activities around. The apartment was very clean and well equipped. It had a south facing terrace with a view of the surrounding mountains. There were 5 of us and it was perfectly adequate in terms of space. There was a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. The living room had a convertible sofa. There was a bathroom with toilet and a second toilet. The kitchen was small with the basics but sufficient for simple holiday meals. The washing machines were in the second chalet above the one where we were staying. The parking lot could easily accommodate 8 cars. A parking space was at the back and allowed to unload or reload while saving one floor. Truly a beautiful setting with the nearby lake (not visible from the apartment) on foot.

Man bekommt zu moderaten Preisen saubere, gut aufgeteilte, ruhige und sonnige Ferienwohnungen, je nach Größe für 2 bis 8(!) Personen und alle mit Südbalkon. Das Haus befindet sich etwas oberhalb vom Ortskern von Unterach, 15 Gehminuten vom öffentlichen (gratis) Seebad. Es gibt einen Schwimmteich, einen Holzkohlegrill und einen Tischtennistisch. Der fehlende Stern ergibt sich aus dem schwachen W-lan und der etwas dezentralen Lage, was ja nicht für alle Nachteile sein müssen. This is the right address for everyone who prefers self-catering to full service on vacation. You get clean, well-divided, quiet and sunny holiday apartments at moderate prices, depending on the size for 2 to 8 (!) People and all with a south-facing balcony. The house is located a little above the center of Unterach, a 15-minute walk from the public (free) seaside resort. There is a swimming pond, a charcoal grill and a table tennis table. The missing star results from the weak WiFi and the somewhat decentralized location, which does not have to be disadvantages for all.
