Our beautiful rooms were presented in traditional style, with modern en-suite facilities. The hosts, Larry and Lisa, create a warm, welcoming atmosphere and are happy to share local knowledge, ensuring we had every opportunity to experience a wonderful holiday. For the best deals book directly with Haus Hepi. We shall definitely be returning and can thoroughly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Haus Hepi is a rare find. Well situated near bus and train stops with easy access to many local attractions and adjacent communities. The property is very well maintained, clean and comfortable. The true stars though are the hosts. Larry and Lisa provide a warm friendly environment. They are knowledgable and extremely helpful with activity planning, transport arrangement and much more. If you stay on a night Larry is cooking you are in for a treat. We very much enjoyed a day of hiking followed by some of the best food in the area. This accommodation is a gem and could not be more highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of my favourite places to stay. It’s in a beautiful location with stunning views of mountains and the lake, Hallstatt can be seen from the front balconies. Having visited many times over the years, I can recommend every season as each has something different to offer - skiing, walking, cycling or just sightseeing. I would recommend driving as there’s lots of places to visit. Lisa and Larry are excellent hosts and nothing is too much trouble. The food is top notch, thanks to Larry who is an excellent chef! Haus Hepi is really clean, comfortable and well presented in a traditional Austrian style. Lisa is constantly changing the decorations in keeping with the seasons and events so there’s always something new to look at. I’m getting carried away, but only because I was looking at pics of our last visit and wish we were there now! I’ve normally booked direct to get the best price. Hope to see you again soon Lisa and Larry ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Strategic place in Obertran, 5 Min by car far from the Dachstein cable car, 8 Min far from Hallstatt and the structure has parking places for the guests.
Said that, we were really impressed with the kindness and warm welcoming of the hosts Lisa & Larry.
We really enjoyed our staying and definetly we will come back here to explore the bueaties of this country!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super friendly couple managing a really nice and quaint B&B - the view from the balcony is beautiful, the room is very cosy, and the breakfast is fantastic. Definitely try the homemade jams!
Would stay there again any time!
