Die Lage, die Familie, die Herzlichkeit (auch zu Vierbeinern ;) ), die Sauberkeit, das so liebevolle Frühstück und das Gefühl man wäre zuhause. Einfach nur empfehlenswert. Wir freuen und schon heute auf den nächsten Aufenthalt im Haus Heidi. Danke für alles <3 All in all, it's just right. The location, the family, the warmth (also to four-legged friends;)), the cleanliness, the lovely breakfast and the feeling of being at home. Simply recommended. T	Tim Guß on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war mit meiner Freundin für ein langes Wochenende im Haus Heidi. Das Zimmer war relativ klein, trotzdem wie beschrieben. Die Aussicht vom Balkon ist atemberaubend! Freier Blick auf die Berge, wirklich ein Panorama. Die Unterkunft liegt nahe der Stadt und gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, auch wegen der netten Gesellschaft und super Tipps für Wanderungen. Wir kommen gerne nochmal wieder. Preis / Leistung stimmt allemal! I was with my girlfriend for a long weekend at the Heidi house. The room was relatively small, but as described. The view from the balcony is breathtaking! Unobstructed view of the mountains, really a panorama. The property is close to the city and within walking distance. We felt very comfortable, also because of the nice company and great tips for hikes. We would love to come back again. Price / performance ratio is always right!
t	thomas kretschmar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Der Aufenthalt im "Haus Heidi" während der Winterferien 2022 im Familienzimmer mit 2 Schlafzimmern, Bad, Sitzecke und 2 Balkonen hat alle Erwartungen erfüllt. Die Unterkunft mit Frühstück war bewusst gewählt, auch wegen der Nähe zum Stadtkern von Maria Alm und dem Skigebiet Hochkönig - Ski amade. Das Frühstück hat alle morgendlichen Bedürfnisse ausreichend befriedigt, Kaffee oder Tee, 2 Brötchen pro Person, Wurst, Käse, Marmelade, Nutella, Honig, Joghurt und Flakes, alles da! Die Zimmer, Betten, Schränke, Ablagen, das Bad, die Böden etc. waren gepflegt und sauber, wie auch das ganze Haus sowie der Frühstück-/Aufenthaltsraum. Dazu war das WLAN sehr gut, in beiden Zimmern ein TV und Parkplatz vor dem Haus vorhanden. Der Heizungskeller mit Heizspiralen für die Skischuhe war sehr nützlich - bin noch nie so gut in die Skischuhe gekommen! Alles in allem ein sehr gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis, durchaus auch flexible Reisezeiten möglich, wenn Kapazitäten vorhanden und dazu sehr herzliche Gastgeber. Vielen Dank! The stay in "Haus Heidi" during the winter holidays 2022 in a family room with 2 bedrooms, bathroom, seating area and 2 balconies met all expectations. The accommodation with breakfast was deliberately chosen, also because of the proximity to the town center of Maria Alm and the ski area Hochkönig - Ski amade. The breakfast satisfied all morning needs sufficiently, coffee or tea, 2 rolls per person, sausage, cheese, jam, Nutella, honey, yoghurt and flakes, everything was there! The rooms, beds, closets, shelves, the bathroom, the floors, etc. were well-kept and clean, as was the whole house and the breakfast/lounge. In addition, the WiFi was very good, there was a TV in both rooms and a parking space in front of the house. The boiler room with heating coils for the ski boots was very useful - never got into my ski boots so well! All in all, a very good price/performance ratio, flexible travel times are also possible if capacities are available and very warm hosts. Thanks very much!
M	Marko Bahns on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir waren so froh, dass wir (nach unfreiwilliger Corona-Pause) an Weihnachten und in der ersten März-Woche wieder Urlaub im Haus Heidi machen konnten. Wir kommen seit Jahren zur lieben und herzlichen Familie Esselberger. Anfangs kamen wir zweimal in die geräumigen Familienzimmer, zwischenzeitlich buchen wir uns jedoch immer in einer der beiden Ferienwohnungen ein. Von allen Zimmern und Wohnungen hat man einen herrlichen Ausblick mit tollem Bergpanorama. Egal ob Zimmer oder Wohnung, alles ist gepflegt, sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Man fühlt sich einfach wohl und Zuhause vom ersten Moment an. Das Haus Heidi ist sehr ruhig gelegen, jedoch trotzdem zentral - die Ortsmitte ist fußläufig erreichbar und der Einstieg zu Wanderungen ebenfalls. Parkplatz, Fernsehen, gutes WLAN, Skischuh-Heizung – alles vorhanden. Auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert. We were so happy that we (after an involuntary Corona break) were able to vacation at Haus Heidi again at Christmas and in the first week of March. We have been coming to the loving and cordial Esselberger family for years. In the beginning we were in the spacious family room twice, but in the meantime we always book one of the two holiday apartments. From all rooms and apartments you have a wonderful view with a great mountain panorama. Whether room or apartment, everything is well maintained, very clean and lovingly furnished. You just feel comfortable and at home from the first moment. The house Heidi is very quiet, but still central - the town center is within walking distance and the start of hikes as well. Parking, TV, good WiFi, ski boot heater - everything is available. Definitely recommended.
