★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have stayed in holiday apartments and homes throughout Europe, and Christina Schlienger is the most professional and gracious owner we have met throughout our travels. She strikes a perfect balance between being accessible and helpful while respecting her guests’ privacy and autonomy. Christina takes personal care of her properties and her guests and that level of attention shows in the pristine condition of her apartments and the rapport she builds with her guests.
We rented 4-bedroom holiday house named “Elisengrund” - located next to her holiday-apartments, called “Landhaus Charlotte” - for the month of July 2014 and found the accommodations to be as comfortable as we have in our home. The apartment has comfortable, proper mattresses with generous provisions of bedding and towels, plus the convenience of a washer and dryer in the unit. The kitchen is well stocked with equipment and basic pantry items, not to mention the lovely view of the mountains from the kitchen window. There is a state-of-the-art large, flat screen TV with a DVD player and an audio system to play CD’s or play music from your iPhone.
There are many choices for holiday rentals but the decision comes down to the details – the little things that make a rental feel like a home away from home – and Christina Schlienger tends to those details with true expertise and finesse.
