The country house and the rooms were very well maintained. The hosts were always friendly and helpful. We look forward to the next visit.

Im Preis inklusive: Seefeld Card, welche täglich für 5 Stunden freien Eintritt ins Alpenbad Leutasch ermöglicht. Wir haben uns stets wohl gefühlt. Alles in Allem ein gelungener Aufenthalt. Very warm, motivated hosts. Large, well-equipped rooms with balcony, TV, radio, safe, etc. Extensive breakfast with local, quality products. Included in the price: Seefeld Card, which allows free admission to the Alpenbad Leutasch daily for 5 hours. We have always felt comfortable. All in all a successful stay.
G	Gabriela Stork on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Man wird herzlich begrüßt. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön. Im ländlichen Stil. Toll für diese Gegend. Bad ist super. Die Lage ist auch perfekt. In ein paar Schritten hat man viel kulinarische Auswahl. Wer gut zu Fuß ist "geht" auch ins Schwimmbad. In unterschiedlich warmen Becken kann man sich dort bei einem Regentag sehr wohl fühlen. Sauna gibt es, so weit ich weiß, auch. Übrigens kann man manchen Bergtouren auch direkt vom Gemsenblick aus machen. You are warmly welcomed. The rooms are very nice. Country style. Great for this area. Bathroom is great. The location is perfect too. In a few steps you have a lot of culinary choices. Those who are good at walking "go" to the swimming pool. You can feel very comfortable there on a rainy day in pools of different temperatures. As far as I know, there is also a sauna. By the way, some mountain tours can also be done directly from the Gemsenblick.
M	Melanie Haßler on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir haben eine Woche in einer Ferienwohnung im Landhaus Gemsenblick verbracht. Die Wohnung ist wirklich sehr schön mit traumhaftem Blick. Alles Nötige ist fußläufig erreichbar. Die Familie Neuner ist sehr nett, steht mit vielen Tipps immer zur Verfügung und wir hatten sonntags sogar frisch gebackenen Kuchen auf dem Küchentisch - sehr herzlich! Der Garten ist wunderschön zum relaxen und wir hatten jeden Morgen frische Brötchen an unserer Wohnungstür. Wir hoffen sehr, dass wir dort nochmal Urlaub machen können :) We spent a week in an apartment in Landhaus Gemsenblick. The apartment is really very nice with a fantastic view. Everything you need is within walking distance. The Neuner family is very nice, is always available with lots of tips and on Sundays we even had freshly baked cakes on the kitchen table - very warm! The garden is wonderful to relax in and we had fresh rolls on our doorstep every morning. We very much hope that we can go on vacation there again :)

Tips für Wandern und Restaurants bekommt man von beiden. Die waren richtig gut danke noch. Very hospitable, clean and helpful. The rooms are beautifully decorated and very clean. Breakfast is excellent. Everything set up with love. Tips for hiking and restaurants are available from both of them. They were really good, thank you.
