Comfortable, clean, warm, soft blankets, good water pressure in the faucet :) but there is no kettle in the room (and there is no cooler on the floor either)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zimmer sauber und ordentlich. Service super freundlich. Frühstück sehr gut. Modernes Karten Schloss System für den Haupteingang und die Zimmer. Die Aussicht auf die Berge von einigen Zimmern ist super und der Preis absolut in Ordnung.
Room clean and tidy. Service super friendly. Breakfast very good. Modern card lock system for the main entrance and the rooms. The view of the mountains from some rooms is great and the price absolutely okay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was there 3 times. Rooms are clean, placement of pension is very good. But, the owner(daughter) - she never smiles, everytime I tried to tell something, she looked at me like "what do you want"?
SHE NEVER SMILES. Only her mother.
1. On the web page is written, that they have sauna. If you want to use sauna, you must tell it to them a day before. Where the hell should I know it from? Why is it such problem to have it heated every day and written on some paper - go to sauna???
2. On the web page is written Einzelzimmerzuschlag (Singles sind herzlich willkommen!). Last time I wrote them 2 times that I will be alone there. When I arrived, I noticed they didnt read the whole email. The owner(daughter) looked at me like why do I tell it her so late. The owner(mother) started to tell me something that it is not good for them. Why the hell is it written on web page? Lies again.
I was there 3 times, everytime it was nearly the same - I will not go there anymore. Maybe not bad at all, but I felt everytime something that we are(or I am) not welcomed there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed here twice and would advise it to everyone who would consider visiting Pitztal. It's a very nice place to stay with a lovely view to the end of the valley. The owners are very friendly and helpful, the rooms are spacious and the breakfast is good. Many of the guests go hiking and the place is very suitable for that purpose.
