A	Alsotaem Böhm on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lage zum Skigebiet ist sehr gut. Skibusanbindung ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Der Eingangsbereich ist schön hergerichtet, ... und das war's dann auch schon. Die Zimmer sind sanierungsbedürftig. Zum Teil fehlen vernünftige Abdeckungen für Stromleitungen, aus dem Abfluss des Waschbecken stinkt Kanalduft, da wird's einem beim Betreten schon übel. In der Dusche finden sich Insekten und beim Betreten musste ich mich durch Spinnweben kämpfen! Indiana Jones lässt grüssen. Die Matratzen sind in die Jahre gekommen und die Bettwäsche hat Flecken, Wohlfühlen ist anders. Die Heizung läuft auf Sparflamme und aufwärmen nach einem Skitag ist nicht möglich. Küche und Gesellschaftsraum ist für Gruppen bis 30 Personen gut geeignet. Location to the ski area is very good. Skibus connection about 5 minutes walk away. The entrance area is nicely decorated, and that's it. The rooms are in need of renovation. Partly lacking reasonable covers for power lines, from the drain of the sink stinks channel air, it's a on entering already bad. There are insects in the shower and on entering I had to fight through cobwebs! Indiana Jones sends greetings. The mattresses are getting old and the sheets have stains, well-being is different. The heating runs on a low flame and warm up after a day of skiing is not possible. Kitchen and common room is suitable for groups up to 30 people.

Die Behandlung der Gäste ist österreichisch unfreundlich. Vorschriften und Verhaltensregeln. Müllentsorgung ist Sache der Gäste, dieser muss gesammelt und zum Wertstoffhof gebracht werden. Nur einmal die Woche darf man die Sauna benutzen. Parkplätze gibt es genug. Wer sich dort selbst versorgt, sollte alles mitbringen, gute Supermärkte sind 45 Autominuten entfernt. Suitable for large groups. The beds are not great, but the shower water is always warm. The good location, near the slopes and the place convinced. The treatment of the guests is Austrian rude. Regulations and rules of conduct. Waste disposal is up to the guests, this must be collected and taken to the recycling center. Only once a week is it possible to use the sauna. Parking is enough. Those who take care of themselves should bring everything, good supermarkets are 45 minutes away by car.

T	Tanya on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ House is big and has a lot of rooms. The view is exceptional. Disposal of Waste has to be done at a village 20 mins away. Heater did just run for 2h a day. The temperature was very low.
V	Vladutiu Mihai on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Superb location, ideal skiing conditions. Unfortunately, the host was the worst i experienced in my whole life as a tourist(and i traveled quite a lot). Whitout saying anything like hello or welcome, they were unfriendly and hostile from the first day of arrival. Never again!

It was very cold inside, in some rooms the temperature did not rise more than 17 degrees. The pillows, duvets and bed linen were very worn, and the towels were missing It was a positive thing: the kitchen was well equipped.

The lady who lives there complained about the noise made by children during the winter vacation and she screamed at them. Why is she renting ??? The temperature was very low in the dusty rooms and the bathrooms smells as they lack ventilation. Please be aware that the customers must dispose the waste in to a place located 10 km away (nice). There is no heater for skiboots. The kitchen is fully equipped and the house is close to slopes.
