M	Martin Prauchner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr geräumige und gepflegte Ferienwohnung. Perfekter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge und Wanderungen. Hatten in der Wohnung eine Sauna und ein sehr geräumiges Bad. Stellplatz Kfz direkt vor dem haus. Die Vermieter - ein sehr nettes Ehepaar. Wir werden sicher wieder kommen und diese Ferienwohnung buchen. Very spacious and well-kept apartment. The perfect starting point for excursions and hikes. Had a sauna and a very spacious bathroom in the apartment. Parking space in front of the house. The landlords - a very nice couple. We will definitely come back and book this apartment.

Die Ausstattung ist modern, auch ein Hochstuhl und Zustellbettchen für ein Kleinkind waren vorhanden. Die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt und sauber, was mit einem Krabbelkind sehr wichtig ist, ebenso wie die ständig gegebene Verfügbarkeit einer Waschmaschine. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich, der Service gut, frische Handtücher und Bettwäsche waren stets verfügbar. Sehr zu empfehlen, wir werden dort gerne nochmal unseren Urlaub verbringen. The apartment is in a very good location, right at the beginning of the Seerundweg. The decor is modern, a high chair and extra beds for a toddler were available. The apartment is very well maintained and clean, which is very important with a Krabbelkind, as well as the constant availability of a washing machine. The landlady is very friendly, service good, fresh towels and sheets were always available. Highly recommended, we will gladly spend our vacation there again.

Luxurious comfort in a spacious room, fantastic mountain panorama with a view of the red sunset on the balcony, a very quiet night and a wonderful bed guarantee restful sleep - we'll be back.

Sehr gefallen hat uns auch, dass man sich direkt im Haus frisches Gebäck holen konnte! Einfach einziehen und sich wohl und wie zu Hause fühlen!! Die Gastgeber super nett und sehr bemüht! Danke!! Kommen gerne wieder It was all super nice, comfortable and just great! Perfect equipment-everything your heart desires-including sauna! Great sea beach! We also really liked the fact that you could get fresh pastries right in the house! Just move in and feel good and at home !! The hosts were super nice and tried very hard! Thank you!! Die Wohnung ist perfekt für 2 Personen, hell und sonnig, sauber und bestens ausgestattet. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und die Lage des Hauses mit Blick auf den Loser und am Anfang der Seepromenade könnte besser nicht sein. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. We spent a fantastic weekend in apartment 2 at the family Frischmuth. The apartment is perfect for 2 people, bright and sunny, clean and well equipped. The hosts are very friendly and the location of the house overlooking the Loser and at the beginning of the lake promenade could not be better. We felt very comfortable and like to come back.

Die Lage am Promenadenweg zeichnet sich durch großartige Ruhe aus, ab dem Hotel am See ist Fahrverbot, nur Anrainer und Gäste dürfen zufahren. We had rented the approx. 100m2 apartment: The apartment makes a very spacious impression, all areas from the kitchen to the spacious living room to the bedroom are very nicely furnished, in short, you feel really comfortable in this apartment. The location on the promenade is characterized by great tranquility, driving is prohibited from the hotel on the lake, only residents and guests are allowed to drive.
A	Antonio Rosa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Large basic furnished apartment on 2nd floor no lift, near Aussersee lake, in the pedestrian promenade, not enough parking as shared with next door hotel, kind owner, dogs welcome free, good double bed. Quiet at night, but unfortunately noisy when next door carpenter starts at 8:00am working with loud machineries. Too much priced as a luxury place, which is not. Out of fashion furnishing, large bathroom but from the 60-s and no separate wc, basic kitchen and crockery, private dishwasher, but old not very clean washing machine in common with owner and 2nd apt & not very cleaned, final cleaning is charged €45- but we found still rests of food in the fridge and in kitchen cupboards from previous clients. All in all it's ok for 4-5nights when you spend most of the time sightseeing.
