R	Richard Pruis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wat gedateerde kamers maar wel netjes. Als je half pension boekt dan eet je in het hotel ernaast. Prima ontbijt en redelijk diner. Kan me voorstellen dat als je in het hoogseizoen de hoofdprijs betaald, het niet helemaal in verhouding is met elkaar. Door gebruik te maken van het ski depot bij de liften loop je in zo'n 10 minuten op je normale schoenen daar naar toe. Iedere dag op je skischoenen met al je materiaal is wel een opgave. Some dated rooms but tidy. If you book half board then you eat in the hotel next door. Excellent breakfast and reasonable dinner. Can imagine that if you pay the main prize in the high season, it is not entirely in proportion with each other. By using the ski depot at the lifts you can walk there in about 10 minutes on your normal shoes. Every day on your ski boots with all your equipment is a challenge.

I	I Verkuijl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zijn zowel appartementen als kamers beschikbaar. Wij hadden een kamer met halfpension geboekt (week voor kerst). Kamer was gedateerd maar wel schoon. Eten wordt in het naastgelegen complex (Vaya) geserveerd. Ontbijt was goed met ruime keus. Avondeten bestond uit een 3-gangen diner waarbij we voor de meeste avonden ook een keuze hadden uit 2 hoofdgerechten. Eten was lekker maar kan me voorstellen (qua prijzen) dat bij hoogseizoen je er iets meer van zou verwachten. Het welness gedeelte is nog niet zo oud en ziet er netjes uit. Hotel is voor zover ik heb kunnen zien minder geschikt voor minder valide mensen. Er is wel een lift aanwezig, maar deze is smal en volgens mij past rolstoel er niet eens in. De bovenste etage is alleen via een trap bereikbaar. Tevens ligt het boven aan een stijle helling welke je op/af moet om naar het centrum en de pistes te komen. Hotel heeft een eigen skiruim maar biedt ook locker service bij de lift aan, wat wel zo handig is gezien de stijle helling waar het aan ligt. Deze is op gewone schoenen goed te doen, maar met skischoenen wordt het wel en uitdaging. De wandeling naar de pistes is ong 6-8 minuten. Personeel is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam Are both apartments and rooms available. We had booked a room with half board (week before Christmas). Room was dated but clean. Food is served in the adjacent complex (Vaya). Breakfast was good with ample choice. Dinner consisted of a 3-course dinner where we also had a choice of 2 main courses for most evenings. Food was tasty but can imagine (in terms of prices) that at high season you would expect a little more from it. The wellness area is not that old yet and looks neat. As far as I have seen, the hotel is less suitable for disabled people. There is an elevator, but it is narrow and I don't even think wheelchair fits in it. The top floor is only accessible by stairs. It is also at the top of a steep slope which you have to go up / down to get to the center and the slopes. The hotel has its own ski room but also offers locker service at the lift, which is handy given the steep slope on which it is located. This can be done on normal shoes, but with ski boots it is a challenge. The walk to the slopes is about 6-8 minutes. Staff are very friendly and helpful

Meals are at the Vaya St Zeno Hotel accros the road, food a bit hit and miss but overall good value for the space. A little walk to the main part of the village and lifts but not bad and skis etc. you'll leave in a depot by the lifts.

It's a 7 minute walk to the ski lifts and they offer lockers so you can store your gear near the skistation. The rooms at the bellevue are basic & clean. Beds very comfy. Breakfast at vaya was very good. The meals in the evening basic but decent. More vegetables and more creativity for the veggie meals are the only small points of critics but should not be an issue for booking your stay in Bellevue. Serfaus is one of austria's best ski areas for either family or friends ski trip. Again a big thumbs up for the staff!
K	Kevin H on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As Serfaus is a very compact town, everything is close to Pension Bellevue. Both the lifts, as well as the city centre are just a 5 minute walk away. The pension is linked with the nearby Vaya resort/hotel, and breakfast is served there for residents of the Pension. The buffet is nice, but noting exceptional. The rooms differ in how dated they are. We stayed in a two person appartement that was really nice, with a balcony overlooking the mountains. Three others stayed in the larger apartment that comes with a small sitting area, extra sleeping couch and a small kitchen. However both the kitchen and sanitary in this apartment were really dated. Even a bit dangerous, as the electrical outlet of the furnace and dish washer short circuited. 3/5: some recommendations, but would stay again.
