M	Marco Fiel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Der Neubau liegt direkt im Zentrum, auf der Sonnenseite von St. Gallenkirch. Sie können direkt vom Haus aus den erholsamen Blick auf die umliegende Bergwelt genießen. Der Dorfkern von St. Gallenkirch samt damit verbundener Infrastruktur ist mit wenigen Schritten bequem zu erreichen. Die (Ski-)Bushaltestelle ist gerade mal eine Minute entfernt. Ausreichend Parkplätze befinden sich direkt vor dem Haus. Weiters verfügt das Objekt über einen eigenen Ski- bzw. Fahrradraum mit Schuhtrockner. Die neue Ferienwohnung für 2 – 4 Personen besteht aus einer Küche, einem Wohnbereich sowie zwei getrennten Schlafräumen jeweils mit Dusche und WC. Das Gesamtausmaß der Wohnung beläuft sich auf ca. 60 m². Die Küche verfügt über Elektroherd inkl. Backrohr, Kaffee-Filtermaschine, Spülmaschine etc. Besteck und Geschirr stehen ebenso zur Verfügung wie Geschirrtücher und Geschirrspültabs. Im Übrigen ist die Wohnung insbesondere ausgestattet wie folgt: ▪ Radio und Kabel-TV ▪ WLAN ▪ Tisch- und Bettwäsche ▪ Zimmersafe ▪ Hand- und Badetücher ▪ Haarföhn Auf Wunsch wird gerne morgendliches Brötchenservice angeboten. Durch die behagliche und liebevolle Einrichtung sollte Ihrem angenehmen und erholsamen Urlaub nichts mehr im Wege stehen. The new building is located directly in the center, on the sunny side of St. Gallenkirch. You can enjoy the relaxing view of the surrounding mountains directly from the house. The village center of St. Gallenkirch and its associated infrastructure can be easily reached with just a few steps. The (ski) bus stop is just a minute away. Ample parking is available in front of the house. Furthermore, the property has its own ski or bike room with boot dryer. The new apartment for 2 - 4 people consists of a kitchen, a living area and two separate bedrooms each with shower and toilet. The total amount of the apartment amounts to about 60 m². The kitchen has electric cooker incl. Oven, coffee filter machine, dishwasher, etc. Cutlery and crockery are available as well as tea towels and Geschirrspültabs. By the way, the apartment is equipped in particular as follows: ▪ Radio and cable TV ▪ WLAN ▪ table and bed linen ▪ room safe ▪ Hand and bath towels ▪ Hair dryer On request, morning bread service is offered. The cozy and loving decor should nothing stand in the way of your pleasant and relaxing holiday.
C	Carsten Müller on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen. Die Eigentümer waren freundlich und hilfsbereit. Einrichtung und Haus sind modern und recht neu, die Aufteilung der Räume und Badezimmer hat uns auch gefallen. An Kücheneinrichtung war alles nötige da, lediglich ein Toaster wäre noch ganz praktisch gewesen, ging aber auch so. Die winterliche/weihnachtliche Dekoration war auch sehr schön. We enjoyed the stay very much. The owners were friendly and helpful. The furnishings and house are modern and fairly new, we also liked the layout of the rooms and bathrooms. Everything necessary for the kitchen equipment was there, only a toaster would have been very practical, but it worked that way. The winter / Christmas decoration was also very nice.
