Essen sehr lecker und völlig angemessen. Für mich schon gehobene Küche. Es hat uns so gefallen das wir vor Silvester nochmals hin sind. An diesen Abend werde ich mich bestimmt noch lange erinnern. Das Essen war ein Genuss den ich sonst nur aus der Sterne-Küche kenne. Preise dazu völlig i.O. auch Nachtisch und Getränke sehr liebevoll hingerichtet. We were there with 6 people, actually only to bridge the gap until our apartment was free. Staff and boss very friendly, even got a greeting from the kitchen. Food very tasty and completely adequate. Fine cuisine for me. We liked it so much that we went back before New Year's Eve. I will definitely remember this evening for a long time. The food was a pleasure that I usually only know from the star kitchen. Prices completely ok also dessert and drinks very lovingly executed.

(This happens very seldom with Germans) The waitress was really sweet and patient and the chef certainly deserves the praise for the menu and the food itself. I would recommend it to tourists and locals alike. Go to Ess-kalation ( Germany word play) and have a great evening.

A modern take on traditional German/Austrian fare as another reviewer noted. Our server spoke excellent English. Closed Mondays, credit cards accpeted.
