★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is at half the price of other apartments, so it seems like a great deal. One should consider that only minor improvements were made during the last two decades. The mattresses are worn, so it's something you should avoid if you have back issues.
They introduced wifi router this year, and the stoves were replaced,which is nice. There are only a few power outlets per room, so get prepared with extension cables with multiple outputs.
The house is clean and they take recycling seriously.
The low price makes up for the aforementioned inconveniences, that results in 4*.
