Wir kommen nächstes Jahr sicher wieder Breakfast buffet was fantastic, room very clean, mattress very good, cleaning ladies very nice, boss himself works with us. We'll definitely be back next year
B	Bernhard Weller on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das Appartment für 4 Personen ist eine echte Wohnung mit Zusatzdoppelbett im Wohnesszimmer. Wobei das Zusatzdoppelbett nicht mit den üblichen Zusatzbetten zu vergleichen ist, sondern als wirkliches Bett genutzt werden kann. Die Ausstattung ist nagelneu und perfekt. Die Lage direkt gegenüber dem eigenen Strandbad, das ideal auch für Kinder ist, da man lange flach hinein gehen kann und der Untergrund sandig ist und nicht so schlammig wie an anderen Seen. Das Frühstück ist wirklich umfangreich und nicht das übliche Standardfrühstück, auch mit einer großen Auswahl an leckeren Mehlspeisen. Perfekt für Familien mit Kindern. Das Appartment und der Speiseraum wurden neu renoviert. Die anderen Zimmer des Hauses haben schon neue Bettten und werden jetzt nach und nach saniert. Wobei der Zustand der Zimmer sehr gut ist, lediglich die Möbel und das Intererieur schon etwas älter sind. Positiv ist auch, das gleich gegenüber ein mehrfach Falstaffausgezeichnetes Lokal ist, das direkt auch vom Strandbad besucht werden kann und tagsüber für die Badegäste und Tagesgäste eine Speisekarte hat, die die üblichen Speisen, ebenso wie Pizza zu normalen Preisen anbietet. Alles in allem ein tolles Haus mit sehr gutem freundlichem Service. The apartment for 4 people is a real apartment with an additional double bed in the living room. The additional double bed cannot be compared with the usual additional beds, but can be used as a real bed. The equipment is brand new and perfect. The location directly opposite the private lido, which is also ideal for children, as you can walk in flat for a long time and the ground is sandy and not as muddy as on other lakes. The breakfast is really extensive and not the usual standard breakfast, also with a large selection of delicious pastries. Perfect for families with children. The apartment and the dining room were newly renovated. The other rooms in the house already have new beds and are now being gradually refurbished. The condition of the rooms is very good, only the furniture and the interior are a bit older. It is also positive that there is a multiple Falstaff award-winning restaurant directly opposite, which can also be visited directly from the lido and during the day has a menu for bathers and day guests that offers the usual dishes as well as pizza at normal prices. All in all a great house with very good friendly service.

Das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, detto der Chef. Ist ein absoluter Geheimtipp ? We stayed in the newly built guest apartment - great! In addition, a top-class breakfast from fresh fruit salad to sausage and cheese platter, all fresh. The staff was very friendly and helpful, detto the boss. Is an absolute insider tip ?
A	Anke Schnittler on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das Personal und auch die Besitzer des Hauses sind sehr, sehr nett. Sonderwünsche werden wenn möglich prompt erfüllt. Das Hotel hat erst seit 1 Jahr neue Besitzer. Darum um Nachsicht, dass alles etwas veraltet ist. Es wird renoviert. Es wäre vl eine Klimaanlage oder ein Deckenventilator super. Es ist aber sehr sauber und das Frühstück ist super. Das Restaurant gegenüber gehört auch dem Hotelbesitzer und ist auch super. Das Personal extrem nett und das Essen ist super gut. Strandlage top. Eigener Strandabschnitt wäre perfekt. Leider ist das Personal vom Strandbad sehr unfreundlich. Aber dafür kann das Hotel Alpensee nichts. Einen bitteren Beigeschmack hat es allerdings, dass man für alles extra zahlen muss, Liegen und Schirme (falls man noch welche ergattert), Tretbootverleih und sogar für das Aufpumpen von Schwimmreifen zahlt man. Vielleicht werden aber in Zukunft die Hotelgäste diesbezüglich einen kleinen Vorteil haben. Fahrräder wären auch toll, um schneller ins Zentrum zu kommen. Ist zu Fuß schon etwas weit, zumindest wenn es sehr heiß ist. Oder eine Bootsfahrt ans andere Ufer ;-) Wir kommen aber gerne wieder! Wollen ja den Fortschritt sehen. Wir hatten 4 tolle Tage! Dankeschön The staff and the owners of the house are very, very nice. Special requests are met promptly whenever possible. The hotel has only had new owners for 1 year. So for your indulgence, everything is a bit out of date. It is being renovated. Air conditioning or a ceiling fan would be great. But it's very clean and the breakfast is great. The restaurant across the street also belongs to the hotel owner and is great too. The staff are extremely nice and the food is super good. Beach location top. Your own stretch of beach would be perfect. Unfortunately, the staff from the lido is very unfriendly. But the Hotel Alpensee cannot do anything about that. It has a bitter aftertaste, however, that you have to pay extra for everything, you pay for sunbeds and umbrellas (if you can still get some), pedal boat rental and even inflating swimming tires. Perhaps, however, hotel guests will have a small advantage in this regard in the future. Bicycles would also be great for getting to the center faster. It's a bit far on foot, at least when it's very hot. Or a boat trip to the other bank ;-) We'd love to come back! Want to see the progress. We had 4 great days! Thank you very much

Die Zimmer sauber mit neuen Betten perfekt ausgestattet für einen Badeurlaub. Wir freuen uns auf ein Wiedersehen. We stayed at this hotel for one night on the day of its reopening in 2021 and it was a pleasure for us. The bosses are honest and competent. The rooms were clean with new beds perfectly equipped for a beach holiday. We look forward to a reunion.
G	Georg Haschke on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dringender Renovierungsbedarf! Eine 70er Jahre Frühstückspension zum Preis eines ordentlichen 4 Sterne Hotels. Bei Ankunft waren wir zuerst einmal verwundert, dass der 3G Nachweis nicht kontrolliert wurde, schlechter Start. Beim Betreten des Zimmers staunt man nicht schlecht, wo doch ein prominentes Schild in der Einfahrt verkündet, dass das Hotel 2021 renoviert wird: In allen Zimmern (Ausnahme ein einziges Appartment im Erdgeschoss) ist die Zeit vor über 40 Jahren stehen geblieben. Sehr abgewohnt, schmuddelig, hellhörig und kalt... Teppichboden auf dem man sich nicht die Socken ausziehen möchte, zerschlissene Stühle auf die man sich nicht setzen möchte, abgeschlagene Wände und Türstöcke und eine schmutzige Dusche mit verkalktem Duschkopf, eine einzige Zumutung! Die Fotos sagen mehr als Worte. Einzig die Matratzen scheinen halbwegs neu. Für so ein schäbiges Doppelzimmer in der Nebensaison (Oktober) für 2 Nächte 260€ zu verlangen ist m.E. entschieden zu viel und grenzt an Abzocke. Zusammengefasst erwartet einen hier ein wirklich schlechtestes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis und Zimmer auf denen man sich nur so kurz wie möglich aufhalten möchte. Es gibt aber auch positive Seiten, die wirklich freundliche und engagierte Bedienung im tatsächlich renovierten Frühstücksbereich ist wirklich positiv hervorgestochen, auch das Buffet war großzügig und hochwertig. Danke hierfür! Man kann nur hoffen, dass das Hotel bald an diesen Standard anschließt. So wie es sich jetzt präsentiert ist es v.a. aufgrund des Zustands der Zimmer, des dafür unverschämten Preises und der nicht Einhaltung der 3G Regeln ein Nichtgenügend! Urgent need for renovation! A 70s bed and breakfast for the price of a decent 4 star hotel. On arrival we were initially surprised that the 3G certificate was not checked, bad start. When entering the room, one is amazed when a prominent sign in the driveway announces that the hotel will be renovated in 2021: In all rooms (with the exception of a single apartment on the ground floor) time stood still over 40 years ago. Very shabby, dingy, noisy and cold ... Carpet on which you do not want to take off your socks, tattered chairs that you do not want to sit on, chipped walls and door frames and a dirty shower with calcified shower head, a single impertinence! The photos say more than words. Only the mattresses seem halfway new. To ask for such a shabby double room in the low season (October) for 2 nights is in my opinion much too much and borders on a rip-off. In summary, you can expect a really poor price / performance ratio and rooms where you only want to stay as short as possible. But there are also positive sides, the really friendly and dedicated service in the actually renovated breakfast area really stood out, the buffet was generous and of high quality. Thanks for that! One can only hope that the hotel will soon follow this standard. As it is now presented, it is unsatisfactory mainly due to the condition of the rooms, the outrageous price for it and the non-compliance with the 3G rules!
