★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Furchtbare Beratung. Haben meiner Großmutter eine Brille angedreht, mit der sie nicht mal sehen kann. Als sie sich beschweren wollte, hat sich Hartlauer Weiz einfach abgeschüttelt. Ein schreckliches und inkompetentes Personal!!!
Terrible advice. Put my grandmother on glasses that she can't even see with. When she wanted to complain, Hartlauer Weiz just shook off. A terrible and incompetent staff !!!

Georg Wagner erklärte sehr verständlich, ist äußerst kompetent, sehr freundlich und berücksicht besonders die Sonderwünsche. Ich beglückwünsche die Fa. Hartlauer zu solchen Mitarbeitern. I've made smart with all hearing aids providers. By far the best advice was in this business. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meine Meinung bezieht sich nur auf den Bereich Foto, da ich hier bis jetzt nur Foto-Ausrüstung gekauft habe.
Mäßige Auswahl, aber was grad nicht da ist wird prompt bestellt. Alle Kameras und Objektive können ausprobiert und getestet werden und ich wurde jedes mal sehr kompetent und freundlich beraten. Die Verkäufer, teilweise erfahrene Fotografen, nehmen sich immer viel Zeit für die Beratung und man hat nie das Gefühl etwas angedreht zu bekommen. Hartlauer ist zwar generell etwas teurer als die große Konkurrenz (Media Markt, Saturn,...) macht dies aber teilweise durch den Service und sehr persönliche Beratung wett.
My opinion relates only to the photo area, as I have only bought photographic equipment here so far.
Moderate selection, but what is not there is promptly ordered. All cameras and lenses can be tried and tested and I was always very competent and friendly advice. The vendors, some experienced photographers, always take a lot of time for the advice and you never get the feeling to get started. Although Hartlauer is generally a bit more expensive than the big competition (Media Markt, Saturn, ...) makes up for it in part by the service and very personal advice.
