Jede meiner Fragen wird mit Geduld beantwortet (sofern die Kundenfrequenz es zulässt). Fühle mich sehr gut aufgehoben. Mir wurde nie etwas aufgeschwatzt, sondern exakt das empfohlen was ich auch benötigte. So geht Verkauf, kann ich nur empfehlen. Auch das Reperaturservice erfüllt wirklich alle Wünsche. Bin aus Wien und würde mir wünschen, dass auch nur ein Bruchteil der dort ansässigen Handy-Shops ein wenig wie dieser wäre. Vielen Dank Handybörse!
 I've been a customer for many years and can recommend this shop with a clear conscience, which I'm happy to do. Competent, friendly advice. Each of my questions is answered with patience (if the customer frequency allows it). I feel very well cared for. I was never talked into anything, but recommended exactly what I needed. This is how you sell it, I can only recommend it. The repair service also really fulfills all wishes. I'm from Vienna and I wish that even a fraction of the mobile phone shops there were a bit like this one. Thank you cellphone exchange!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bin echt froh diesen Shop gefunden zu haben. Man hat von Vornherein das Gefühl, man arbeitet gemeinsam an dem, was der Kunde möchte. Die Beratung ist wirklich optimal und freundlich. Hab sofort die perfekte Lösung für mein Problem gefunden, wobei ich ansonsten wahrscheinlich noch einige Wochen weitergesucht hätte. Also falls jemand was braucht - schaut unbedingt vorbei.
I'm really happy to have found this shop. Right from the start you have the feeling that you are working together on what the customer wants. The advice is really optimal and friendly. I immediately found the perfect solution to my problem, although otherwise I would have probably kept looking for a few more weeks. So if anyone needs anything - be sure to stop by.
