B	Bettina Augustin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolut nicht weiterzuempfehlen! Man muss sich fast entschuldigen, wenn man das Geschäft betritt, dass man die Mitarbeiterinnen bei ihrem Tratschal stört. Dann doch bemühseligt sich aufzuraffen um mich zu fragen was ich denn bräuchte, war die Dame mit meiner Frage völlig überfordert und fragte ihre Kollegin um Hilfe, die dann auch angewidert ein paar Antworten von ihrem Schreibtisch aus in unsere Richtung rief. Wirklich? Das kann doch echt nicht sein. Nein danke, ich komme nie wieder. Absolutely not recommendable! a	anja flick on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So ein blödinn ZA??‍♀️ wir haben ihn gesehen wie er auf seinem Handy gespielt hat und das jeder mal einen schlechten Tag hat ist völlig in Ordnung und normal! ..nur leider vergisst man so einen Umgang nicht! Das die geräte dann als gebraucht gelten passt auch, nur oft hat man ein muster in der Filiale und das wollten wir sehen! aber ich bin völlig ihrer Meinung so wie man in den wald rein ruft kommt es zurück!!! Komisch nur das es in jeder anderen Filiale absolut Passt!!! Z	Z A on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ @Christian Falkner Zu ihrem Zitat "wegen euch kann ich es nicht aufreißen." kann ich nur folgendes dazu sagen: Soetwas wurde nie gesagt, es wurde lediglich darauf hingewiesen dass die Geräte von Apple nicht geöffnet werden dürfen, da die Geräte dann als "Gebraucht" zählen und so nicht mehr verkauft werden dürfen. Ich bin schon lange Stammkunde in dieser Filiale und wurde selbst freundlich von einem Mitarbeiter darauf hingewiesen, Zitat:"Leider dürfen wir die Geräte laut Apple und Zentrale nicht öffnen." Finde ich schon sehr armselig die Aussage der Mitarbeiter, wie es ihnen gerade passt um zu formulieren. Es ist durchaus möglich dass Mitarbeiter einen schlechten Tag haben jedoch wird immer versucht die Kunden Freundlich zu bedienen. Sollte es dennoch dazu kommen dass ein Mitarbeiter "unfreundlich" gegenüber einem Kunden ist, hallt es ebenso zurück wie man reinschreit. Von meiner Seite noch: Top Filiale und Kompetente Mitarbeiter! @Christian falconer To her quote "Because of you I can not tear it." I can only say the following: Something was never said, it was merely pointed out that the devices from Apple may not be opened, since the devices then count as "used" and must not be sold. I am a long time regular in this branch and was kindly pointed out by an employee, quote: "Unfortunately, we may not open the devices, according to Apple and headquarters." I find the statement of the coworkers very poor, how they fit to formulate. It is quite possible that employees have a bad day but always tries to serve the customer friendly. Should it still happen that an employee is "unfriendly" to a customer, it echoes as well as you scream. From my side still: Top branch and competent employees!

Leider wurde uns von einem Herren in Brille auf sehr unangenehme Weise erklärt, " wegen euch kann ich es nicht aufreißen" Als absolut treuer Kunde sind wir einen gewissen Standard gewohnt und waren außer uns als er nicht mal aufgestanden ist und dazu noch auf seinem Handy gespielt hat. Diese Filiale werden wir mit Sicherheit nicht wieder betreten Aber der Firma Hartlauer trotzdem treu bleiben! Today we wanted to look at the new iPhone and maybe buy it.
