S	Sascha S. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nach 45 Minuten sind wir gegangen, weil wir noch immer keine Getränke hatten. OK. Wir durften auch erst nach 25 min bestellen.!! After 45 minutes we left, because we still had no drinks. OK. We were also allowed to order after 25 min. !!
h	hubiba on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bedienung braucht 20 Minuten um Getränkebestellung (Soda) aufzunehmen und zu liefern. Rechnung braucht dann nochmal so lange. Leider auch unfreundlich da sichtlich überfordert. Service takes 20 minutes to order and deliver drinks (soda). The invoice then takes that long again. Unfortunately also unfriendly because obviously overwhelmed.
r	rk f on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Selten so einen miesen Kaffee getrunken. Und für sowas dann noch €3.10 verlangen ist fast schon mutig. Jeder Automatenkaffee um 50Cent ist da besser. Einfach nur ekelhaft. Nie wieder! Seldom drunk such a lousy coffee. And asking for something like that for € 3.10 is almost brave. Every machine coffee around 50 cent is better. Just disgusting. Never again!

Gogo, max, Dani, Tina, Michi, einfach nur super Kellner Muss jedes mal Trinkgeld geben weil die so toll sind ?? Damn cool waiters, ma can only recommend it !! Setup this is really great !! Gogo, max, Dani, Tina, Michi, just great waiter Must tip every time because they are so great ??

Da die Begrüßung lediglich aus einem unfreundlichen "Dauert" bestand fragten meine Frau und ich auch gar nicht erst nach einem Tisch. Nicht wirklich empfehlenswert wenn man auf ein minimum an Manieren Wert legt. Extremely unfriendly service! Since the greeting consisted only of an unfriendly "duration" my wife and I didn't even ask for a table. Not really recommended if you value a minimum of manners.
E	Erich Kadlec on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe eben das Lokal verlassen und werde auch nie wieder dort hingehen. Man muss sehr geduldig sein bis die Kellner zum Tisch kommen , unmotivierte Mitarbeiter. Selbst das eine Stern ist zu viel. Have just left the restaurant and will never go there again. You have to be very patient until the waiters come to the table, unmotivated staff. Even the one star is too much.
T	Thomas Fischer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wird nicht besser.... Na wenigstens muss man nicht mehr 30 Minuten lang nach dem aufgeblasenen Kellner rufen, bis sich dieser Mal bequemt zu kommen. Die jetzigen Kellner kommen schneller, jedoch bei einer 7 Personen Gruppe haben sie es noch nicht einmal geschafft die Bestellung richtig zu bringen ? Aber vielleicht wird's ja nochmal ?? Leider hat das Lokal viel an Qualität eingebüßt... Es war mal eine richtig tolle Cocktailbar.... Wie gesagt... Es war..... Doesn't get better ... Well, at least you don't have to call for the inflated waiter for 30 minutes until you feel comfortable coming this time. The current waiters come faster, but with a group of 7 people they haven't even managed to get the order right ? But maybe it will be again ?? Unfortunately the restaurant has lost a lot of quality ... It used to be a really great cocktail bar .... As I said ... It was .....
M	Miriam Brandl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr schlechte Bedienung. Getränke werden zwar rasch aufgenommen, jedoch hat man mal seine Getränke sieht man den Kellner bzw. Kellnerin nicht mehr. Man wird nicht gefragt ob man noch gern was hätte, sondern sitzt dann eine Stunde mit leerem Glas am Tisch. In umserem Fall haben wir uns gut unterhalten sonst wären wir gegangen. Aber es wundert mich nicht, denn die Kellner/in ziehen es lieber vor sich mit befreundeten Gästen lange zu unterhalten bzw verschwinden dann beide für längere Zeit. Als wir zahlen wollten mussten wir auch 15 Minuten warten, da sie ja lieber plauderten. Also Fazit: Bestimmt gehen wir in dieses Lokal nicht mehr und empfehlen es auch nicht weiter. Auf Umsatz sind sie bestimmt nicht aus oder auch auf Kundenzufriedenheit! Very bad service. Although drinks are received quickly, but you have his drinks you do not see the waiter or waitress anymore. You will not be asked if you would like something, but then sit for an hour with empty glass at the table. In the other case, we had a good time, otherwise we would have left. But I'm not surprised, because the waiters prefer to chat with friendly guests for a long time or disappear then both for a long time. When we wanted to pay we also had to wait 15 minutes, as they preferred to chat. So the bottom line is: we certainly will not go to this place any more and we do not recommend it any further. On sales, they are certainly not out or on customer satisfaction!
