F	Frau Mimi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe einmal angerufen beim Speed fit Wr Neustadt, dort meinte eine Dame dass es einen Damen Bereich gibt. Nach 2 Wochen habe ich 5 mal angerufen, kein einziges Mal wurde abgehoben. Und hier in den Rezensionen habe ich gelesen dass es keinen Damen Bereich gibt... Ich weiss nicht was das bezwecken soll Flaschinformationen preiszugeben... Habe daher auch davon abgesehen dort Kunde zu werden. Antwort auf die Rückmeldung des Unternehmens: Natürlich war ich nicht in eurem Studio. Wenn schon der Kundenservice nicht passt und noch dazu kein Damen Bereich wieso sollte ich dann in eurem Studio einen Vertrag abschließen? Und auf eurer Website ist es NICHT ersichtlich ob es einen Damen Bereich gibt oder nicht. Abgesehen davon werde ich nicht von Wr Neustadt nach Wien reinfahren nur um euer Studio mit Damen Bereich zu besuchen... I once called Speed fit Wr Neustadt, and a lady there said that there was a women's area. After 2 weeks I called 5 times, not once was picked up. And here in the reviews I read that there is no women's area... I don't know what the purpose of this is to reveal bottle information... I have therefore refrained from becoming a customer there. Response to the company's response: Of course I wasn't in your studio. If the customer service doesn't fit and there's no women's area, why should I sign a contract with your studio? And on your website it is NOT clear if there is a women's section or not. Apart from that, I won't drive from Wr Neustadt to Vienna just to visit your studio with women's area...
D	DAN CUZMA on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider kein Personal dort gefunden welches einfache Fragen beantworten konnte. Fragen zum Preis, Vertrag und Fitnessstudio generell. Gott sei Dank habe ich 300m von dort dann den Clever-Fot gefunden wo ich jetzt auch trainiere. Die 2 Sterne sind für die modernen Geräten und location. Unfortunately no staff found there which simple questions could answer. Questions about the price, contract and gym in general. Thank God I found 300m from there then the Clever Fot found where I train now. The 2 stars are for the modern appliances and location.

Die Umkleiden und Duschen sind sauber. 1 Stern Abzug, weil man ein eigenes Schloss mitbringen muss und bei vergessen 1€ Ausleihgebühr bezahlen muss. 1 Stern Abzug, weil man beim Vertrag abschließen eine Getränkeflat mit abschließen muss, die man nur per E-Mail kündigen kann. Great studio with modern equipment and a good training atmosphere. The staff are nice too. The changing rooms and showers are clean. 1 star deduction because you have to bring your own lock and if you forget it you have to pay a rental fee of €1. 1 star deduction because you have to sign a drinks flat rate when signing the contract, which you can only cancel by email.
A	Adriano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wirklich sehr gutes Gym mit allen benötigten Geräte sei es für Anfänger oder Fortgeschrittene. Publikum auch sehr nett und offen. Einen Stern Abzug gibt es für die Sanitäranlagen in den Umkleidekabinen, denn da hat die Hygiene in den letzten Monaten stark nachgelassen - warum ist mir ein Rätsel. Hier sollte das Putzpersonal dringend darauf angesprochen werden um wieder an das gewohnt hohe Hygienelevel zu kommen. Sonst alles super!! Really very good gym with all the equipment you need, be it for beginners or advanced. Audience also very nice and open. There is a star deduction for the sanitary facilities in the changing rooms, because the hygiene there has declined sharply in recent months - it's a mystery to me why. The cleaning staff should urgently be asked about this in order to get back to the usual high level of hygiene. Otherwise everything is great!

Hammer Strength Geräte die man selten in einem Studio findet. Auch sehr sauber und geräumig. Super Öffnungszeiten. Jede Menge kostenlose Parkplätze vorhanden. 5 Sterne definitiv verdient TOP As a strength athlete and competitive athlete with years of experience, I can say it is a top-notch studio. Hammer Strength equipment rarely found in a studio. Also very clean and spacious. Great opening hours. Plenty of free parking spaces available. Definitely deserves 5 stars TOP

Apart from that, they should tell you that you cannot quit only if you say 2-3 months before your one year contract ends, no exceptions.
