Folgende Aussagen habe ich von der Firma Wimberger sehr oft gehört: „Wenn Sie ein paar Jahre da wohnen, wird Ihnen das nicht mehr auffallen“ „Wir haben in unserem Vertrag nur geschrieben, dass wir in Anlehnung an die ÖNORM arbeiten. Kein Richter wird Ihnen eine Ausführung nach ÖNORM zusprechen“ Eine Reklamation davon hat mein Bad betroffen. Die Firma Wimberger hat die Fußbodenheizung so ausgelegt, dass nicht genug Heizleistung in das Badezimmer eingebracht werden kann. Durch die Reparaturmaßnahme kann ich zwar nun das Bad auf 23.9°C heizen, jedoch habe ich jetzt im Vorhaus eine Fußbodentemperaturen von 22,7 bis 28°C, ich empfinde das als sehr unangenehm wenn man auf gefühlte kalte bereiche tritt . Zudem hat das Vorhaus dadurch über 24°C und der Keller über 25°C. Ich bin wirklich sehr unzufrieden mit der Lösung. Ich werde jetzt nach zwei Jahren mein Bad sanieren. Natürlich auf eigene Kosten! Herausragend ist die Verlässlichkeit und Ehrlichkeit bei der Kostenplanung bzw. Abrechnung. Es hat immer alles gepasst, nie zu viel verrechnet!!! Ich würde jetzt nur noch mit Anwalt und über Sachverständige arbeiten ansonsten glaube ich das die mich nur über den Tisch ziehen wollen.
