Beides nicht möglich in Bregenz.Seltsamerweise war dann in Feldkirch Beides möglich und dazu noch mit sehr viel Freundlichkeit!!!grosses + für Feldkirch, grosses - für Bregenz........ Wanted a city map for Vienna, without hotel booking. A 48-hour card for the Wiener lines. Both not possible in Bregenz.Seltsamerweise was then in Feldkirch both possible and in addition with a lot of friendliness! Large + for Feldkirch, large - for Bregenz ........

M	Martina Santner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ... unmöglich jemanden telefonisch zu erreichen, man kommt nur in die Warteschleife, auf der eine freundliche Dame sagt, dass man sich in Kürze melden würde, bis dann die Ansage fertig ist und man rausgeschmissen wird. E-Mails, die man dann auf Wunsch der Dame vom Band schreibt, werden dann auch nicht beantwortet. Beim Anruf der Zentrale in Wien ist man dann zwar bemüht, kann aber leider nichts machen und verbindet einen wieder mit derselben Nummer und das Spiel geht von vorne los... ... impossible to reach someone by phone, you just get into the waiting loop, on which a friendly lady says, that you will be in touch shortly, until the announcement is ready and you are thrown out. E-mails, which are then written at the request of the lady from the tape, are then not answered. When calling the head office in Vienna, one is indeed endeavored, but unfortunately can not do anything and connects you again with the same number and the game starts from scratch ...

Genial, wenn man mit der Bahn stressfrei reisen kann und dann auch noch in einem guten Hotel die Zeit verbringt. Gute Informationen, perfekte Beratung und gute Tips für einen gelungenen Aufenthalt. Manchmal ist ein wenig Geduld erforderlich - weil hier wird man nicht "abgefertigt" - die Zeit welche die Beratung braucht - die ist natürlich die Wartzeit für den nächsten Kunden. ABER: Es lohnt sich! Waiting time that's worth it ... I have booked several trips here. Great, if you can travel stress-free by train and then spend time in a good hotel. Good information, perfect advice and good tips for a successful stay. Sometimes a little patience is required - because here you are not "cleared" - the time it takes the consultation - which is of course the waiting time for the next customer. But it's worth it!
