Die Jungs wissen was sie tun, und ihre Arbeit ist TOP! (: Am a young woman myself who does not know about cars. I've been a customer of KFZ Buchner for a long time now, and can only recommend it. Verkauft kaputte Teile als heile und wenn man auf sein Recht besteht, hält er sich an keine Gesetze. Selbst nach etlichen Emails und ein entgegenkommen meinerseits, hält er sich an keine Abmachung. In meinen einen Augen ein Betrüger, der wissentlich defekte Ware verkauft. Werde eventuell selbst für den kleinen Betrag von 12,-€ den er mir noch schuldet, einen Anwalt einschalten. Damit er dann, für diesen kleinen Betrag, zur Gerichtsverhandlung nach Deutschland ins 800 km entfernte Bünde kommen muss. Unfortunately you have to give at least 1 star, it definitely doesn't deserve one. Absolutely not to be recommended. Sells broken parts as intact and if you insist on his rights he doesn't obey any laws. Even after several emails and a meeting on my part, he doesn't stick to any agreement. In my eyes a fraudster who knowingly sells defective goods. I might even call in a lawyer for the small amount of 12 € that he still owes me. So that he then, for this small amount, has to come to Germany for a court hearing in Bünde, 800 km away.
e	einfach-anders 94 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich bin schon sehr lange Kunde und wurde noch nie enttäuscht. Herr Buchner und seine Kollegen sind alle sehr kompetent und freundlich. Geht nicht gibts nicht. Sie sind alle immer sehr bemüht, nicht nur um die Autos. Auch der Mensch hinterm Lenkrad ist Herrn Buchner wichtig. Er ist stehts bemüht eine rasche und möglichst kostengünstige Lösung zu finden. Weiter so! I have been a customer for a very long time and have never been disappointed. Mr. Buchner and his colleagues are all very competent and friendly. There is no such thing. They are always trying very hard, not just for the cars. The person behind the wheel is also important to Mr. Buchner. He always tries to find a quick and inexpensive solution. Keep it up!

Obwohl Ersatzzeil und Zeit vorher abgemacht wurden. Absolutely not to be recommended. Very rude on the phone. Then I had to let myself be insulted deeply on site. Even though replacement line and time were agreed beforehand.

Seine Fehler muss man selbst Lösen. Unhöflich bis zum Anschlag. Ganzes AGR Bestellt und nur 3/4 bekommen. Möchte mir jetzt den Unteren Flansch noch günstig Verkaufen. Das nenne ich Betrügereien auf höchstem Niveau. Ich kann nur vor so jemandem Warnen. Ware ist auch eher mehr Schlecht als gut. So Ölig dürfte es gar nicht über Hermes Versendet werden.Nie wieder..... Not in life anymore. For me a fraud. One star is still too many. If it could. 10 stars in the red. Holds to nothing. You have to solve your mistakes yourself. Rude to the limit. Ordered the whole EGR and only got 3/4. I would now like to sell the lower flange cheaply. That's what I call fraud at the highest level. I can only warn against such a person. Goods tend to be more bad than good. It shouldn't be sent so oily via Hermes. Never again .....
B	Benjamin Aigner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nicht zu empfehlen, verkauft kaputte Ersatzteile als heil. Habe mit ihm ausgemacht, wenn etwas nicht passt kann ich es zurückbringen. Davon will er aber bei Gebrauch nichts mehr wissen und beschimpft die Kundschaft stattdessen. Nie wieder, schaut nur auf sich. Lügt und betrügt damit er seine defekten Teile verkaufen kann. Not recommended, sells broken spare parts as intact. I agreed with him, if something doesn't fit I can bring it back. But he doesn't want to know anything about it when it is in use and instead insults the customers. Never again, just look at yourself. Lies and cheats so he can sell his defective parts.
