Excellent service. I had a problem on Saturday at 3 p.m. and thanks to the telephone help and the spare parts service of the emergency helpers, everything went back to 9.30 p.m.

Wir haben vor 20 Jahren bei Euch unsere Breitschieber gekauft. Am Freitag war meine E-Winde kaputt durch einen Wasserschaden. Ich erreichte um 19.00h einen perfekt motivierten Techniker, der mir mit Rat und tat zur Seite stand. DANKE an den Herren! Er organisierte mir noch am gleichen Abend das passende Teil und ich konnte es am Samstag in der Firma holen lassen.
