H	Heinz Knisch on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das Studio ist weder negativ noch besonders positiv hervorzuheben. Freundliches Personal, saubere Kabinen und gratis Getränke. Leider gibt es derzeit keine Handtücher, daher nur drei Sterne. The studio is neither negative nor particularly positive. Friendly staff, clean cabins and free drinks. Unfortunately there are currently no towels, so only three stars.
N	No Name on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Bänke sind für diesen Preis ganz ok. Was mich allerings extrem nervt, ist, dass hier eine bestimmte Mitarbeiterin (ca. 168 cm groß, ca. Anfang 30, blond gefärbt) fast so gut wie immer genervt und unfreundlich ist. Ich gehe regelmäßig in dieses Solarium und die meisten Mitarbeiterinnen dort sind super freundlich. Oft im Stress, aber dennoch höflich. Außer sie. Ich glaube sie denkt, dass nur sie einen anstrengenden Job hat und lässt es an den Kunden aus. Letztens war ne gute Freundin von mir da und meinte, dass sie da nimmer hin geht, da die Mitarbeiterin dort unfreundlich ist. Als sie die Mitarbeiterin beschrieben hat, wusste ich, es geht um diese die auch sonst fast immer so drauf ist. Sowas geht einfach nicht, wenn man beruflich mit Menschen zu tun hat. Ich konnte die Freundin überzeugen, dass die meisten Mädls dort eh super nett sind und das sie an dem Tag nur Pech hatte, weil dieser Miesepeter Dienst hatte. The benches are okay for the price. What really annoys me, however, is that a certain employee (approx. 168 cm tall, approx. Early 30s, blond) is almost always annoyed and unfriendly. I go to this solarium regularly and most of the staff there are super friendly. Often stressed, but polite nonetheless. Except you. I think she thinks she's the only one who has a tough job and takes it out on the customer. A good friend of mine was there recently and said that she would never go there because the employee there is unfriendly. When she described the employee, I knew it was about her who is almost always on it. Something like that just doesn't work when you deal with people professionally. I was able to convince the friend that most of the girls there are super nice anyway and that she was just unlucky that day because this curmudgeon was on duty.

Lästern über irgendwelche anderen Leute und auch über Mitarbeiter und wirken auch sonst nicht sehr kompetent. Auf Maske tragen wird hier von den Damen auch nicht geachtet. Cheap and functional, but the staff (all I've met so far, so 3) are not very professional. Gossip about any other people and also about employees and otherwise don't seem very competent. The ladies don't pay attention to wearing a mask either.
