Es wurde telefonischer Kontakt mit mir aufgenommen und ein zeitnaher Besichtigungstermin gefunden. Der Immobilienmakler konnte mir bereits bei der Besichtigung sämtliche Fragen zur Wohnung sofort beantworten und mir alle wichtigen Unterlagen zu Verfügung stellen. Durch die perfekt funktionierende Kooperation mit dem Vertragserreichter konnte der gesamte Kaufprozess sehr zügig abgewickelt werden und ich konnte bereits nach zweieinhalb Wochen die Wohnung übernehmen. Dort hat mich Herr Franz Rössl betreut und wirklich einen sehr guten Job gemacht. Er ist sofort zu mir nach Hause gekommen und wir haben alles aufgenommen. Ein paar Tage später war dann auch schon der Fotograf da und das Inserat wurde veröffentlicht. Nach nur 4 Wochen haben wir unsere Doppelhaushälfte auch schon zum gewünschten Preis verkauft. Also wir können wirklich nur positives Berichten und würden die Firma Fairwert sowie speziell Herrn Rössl weiterempfehlen ! Last summer we decided to sell our semi-detached house and came across the Fairwert company through an acquaintance. Mr. Franz Rössl looked after me there and really did a very good job. He immediately came to my house and we recorded everything. A few days later the photographer was there and the ad was published. After only 4 weeks we have already sold our semi-detached house at the desired price. So we can really only report positively and would recommend the company Fairwert and especially Mr. Rössl!
