Wenn man kein sogenannter Stammkunde ist kann man dort keine Kleidung abgeben, aber kaufen als nicht Stammkunde geht natürlich. Leider spiegelt sich diese Stammkunden Hierarchie sehr im Angebot. Meist eher altmodische Kleidung, bzw. für nicht mehr ganz so junge Herrschaften. Teils abgetretene Schuhe und Handtaschen die sehr muffig nach Keller riechen (da frage ich mich warum man auf professionelle Reinigung der Kleidungsstücke besteht wenn doch Stammkunden muffige Artikel vorbei bringen dürfen?) Vintage Teile sucht man übrigens auch vergebens, in dieser Richtung gibt es bislang nichts. *Allerdings für Leute die z.b. was für die Erstkommunion, Hochzeitskleider, oder auch Skibekleidung suchen könnten hier durchaus fündig werden, da ist das Angebot nicht schlecht und man kann dadurch viel Geld sparen.* Wenn man das bisschen lockern würde zwecks nur Stammkunden Annahme oder derzeit keine Neukunden Aufnahme, und auch jedes einzelne Teil zur Reinigung bringen zu müssen (das zahlt sich meiner Meinung nach nur bei schwerer Kleidung wie Mäntel, Kleider, Tracht ect. aus, bei Maschinenwäsche sehe ich da keinen Grund für eine Professionelle Reinigung), dann würde es für mich und für viele andere die ich kenne sehr viel attraktiver werden, dann wäre das Angebot bestimmt auch vielseitiger, sprich auch mehr für junge Leute. If you are not a so-called regular customer you cannot hand in clothes there, but buying as a non-regular customer is of course possible. Unfortunately, this regular customer hierarchy is very much reflected in the offer. Mostly old-fashioned clothing, or for not so young people. Partly worn shoes and handbags that smell very musty of the basement (I wonder why you insist on professional cleaning of the items of clothing when regular customers are allowed to bring musty items by?) By the way, you won't find any vintage parts, so far there is nothing in this direction. * However for people who e.g. what you are looking for for first communion, wedding dresses, or even ski clothing could be found here, the offer is not bad and you can save a lot of money. * If you would loosen that bit for the purpose of only accepting regular customers or currently no new customer admission, and also to have to bring every single part to the cleaning (in my opinion, this only pays off with heavy clothing such as coats, dresses, traditional clothes, etc., see machine washing I have no reason for professional cleaning), then it would be much more attractive for me and for many others I know, then the offer would also be more diverse, i.e. more for young people.
